To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

The bird name is Common Tailorbird (head streaked). The other similar looking bird is Ashy Tailorbird (ash colored head)

Sometimes you see them wringing the carcass of the worm around tree branch to squeeze out the worm "juices" before eating... a bit disgusting though, but quite an eye opener.

Pic was shot with my newly acquired 2nd hand Minolta 500 Reflex F8 at WCP.
Relishing the pros of this lens and encountering little of the cons so far ........
Hope to bundle it with a Kenko Teleplus 2x TC soon for that desperate occasion......
