Hi guys, I was arrowed to organize a photography lesson/seminar for my company. As such, I was wondering if there's any of you here who is interested in taking up this 'assignment'. There will be decent remuneration of course. Details and timeline can be discussed. The main thing is that most of the people attending the lesson will be computer scientists, physicists or mechanical engineers (cos i'm in the research line), and you should be sufficiently confident in answering their questions, if any (I will ask them to be 'kuai', tell them that photography is an art more than a science). Contact me via pm or 966O2631 if interested. |

It will be good if you can provide more details.. eg. date/time and perhaps duration (half day? 1day?), audience level (beginners, professional, mixed?) Of course interested person/party will have to discussed in detail with you. |

as suggested by Birder: this is the lobang. Date is flexible, so long its in July, on a working day, timing around lunchtime for 1.5 hrs per session (no. of session depends on budget and popularity). number of attendee is dependent on your preference. Talk should be catered to beginners although most people in the audience will have very strong physics background (mostly PhD holders in science or engineering). Theory is expected (light compensation, aperture setting, etc...) as well as aesthetics (framing, composition, etc..). Some hands-on may also be possible. You can contact me for more details. hp: 966O2631 |

Hahah It really sound like the people attending the course may be really hard to handle. I don't think being PHD holders makes much of the difference. It's supposed to be a photography course and not a science lesson. I personally conduct photo classes when I was working as an R&D engineer with teammates whom many of them are PHD holders. So I guess It should not be any difference if its going to be a photography course. Infact, it should be easier for them to understand. If only its to be held in September, then I can raise my hand to offer this service to conduct the classes as I am planning a course in Singapore during that period. Come on Alpha users....you guys can do it!!! |
