Not sure whether it is a black-naped oriole or slender-billed oriole. This bird must be a Juvenile. #1

Leslie. Was walking in Istana Park this afternoon and heard this bird singing. First time see this bird at quite a low tree branch. Normally when you are near them, they will fly off super fast. Lucky to have my photo gear with me.
