To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

When The Sun Come Out

The weather for the past week has been quite bad. Raining most of the time. At last see the sun come out this morning and decided to take a walk at Hort Park. Managed to take some photos of the Olive-Backed Sunbird. The first photo is the male Olive-Backed sunbird and the rest is the female. Happy viewing.

Frankie, is Hort park good for birding? which area is good?
Anyway color for #1 seems abit harsh as compared to the rest.
#4 & #5 got very nice background and #4 has good details of the birds!

Hi Thomas, thanks for the comments. In Hort Park itself usually we find the common garden birds like sunbirds, coppersmith barbet, kingfishers, common tailor birds during these period. Once a while the yellow-crested cockatoo is there. Have not experience what are the migratory birds found here. As we walk furhter to Kent Ridge side, can see the white-crested laughingthrush, common garden birds and one or two species of eagle flying around plus the red-whsikered bulbul. Still venturing the area to see what are the birds can be fould there. Cheers.
