*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

Hello, just some comments here.

#1 not sure what to say about this photo, feels like just a snapshot to me. doesn't really have much of a story to the photo... and perhaps the protruding green wheel at the right is a bit distracting..

#2 good concept but a bit more background separation would be good. Could try and light the back (to get light on the edges) of the hands more..

#3 the giant twig cutting across your main subject is a bad idea. As a rule of thumb, try not to have any distracting elements blocking/cutting across/ appearing nearby to your subject, unless it was intentional to create a certain effect.

thanks for the comments and tips. I will remind myself if it next time. Actually this few shots are just some snapshot by my new lens. Too busy and excited with it alrdy, heheh.

hmm does the pic size affects? i thought the quality would be better so i always shoot 16:9

were you thinking that 3:2 is Standard Definition and 16:9 is High Definition?

haha. there's no need to worry. your camera is capable of great shots no matter what the aspect ratio

16:9 isn't bigger... it's more like under-utilization of the sensor to create the 16:9 aspect ratio...

it's wider not bigger
