Thank Hanzie,

I am however rather unhappy about the lack of contrast between the dark sky and buildings. I tried increasing the exposure time however the light parts are burned losing the details.
I would like to know how to get a more evenly expose picture.
hope to seek some kind advice here. hee

If a good photograper learn from arrogant master, he has only taken master's knowledge not his character.

Hi bro Slowly.
Nice colors you got there.
However, you should be careful with your exposure (length of exposure); there are blown up highlights.

Usually for night photography it is best done during twilight where the sky will still come out blue.

Keep on shooting. :D

Question:
Why do some night city scape have a golden aura in the sky??
What Kind of setting is used to achieved this??
Special Equipment used to achieve this??
What kind of environment will provide the golden aura??

Sample I had found in the Net: Sheffield City Scape
