Seireitei is the living place of all Shinigami, as well as those of nobility. It is located in the center of Soul Society with large walls and four main entrances, each guarded by a Gatekeeper. The Rukongai is located all around Seireitei. The Gotei 13 Division Headquarters and Barracks can be found here as well as the Shin'ō Academy.

Rukongai is the vast city that surrounds Seireitei and is divided three-hundred and twenty districts labeled North, East, West and South and each having eighty districts each. Whilst the districts nearer the center are more peaceful, usually districts one to twenty, the further away from the center become the more ruthless and violent districts.

The Outer Core, or Outer Limits, is what lays beyond Rukongai and is considered a no go zone. This area is a vast forest and plain like area and is dangerous, criminals and even exiles can be found here - although mostly imprisoned in some way. Hollows are also known to appear here and as such Shinigami are generally sent here to exterminate them.

The vast desert that covers Heuco Mundo, consisting of seemingly endless dunes and quartz like bone trees. This is where most Hollows reside, if they can find somewhere to find.

Las Noches is a large fortress that can be seen for miles within Heuco Mundo, it consists of various rooms and corridors as well as several large towers. It is unknown how this fortress came to be, however the Arrancar use it as their headquarters.

Located in Western Tokyo, Karakura Town is a small city with an average-sized population, most of which is unaware of the ghosts and spiritual forces that exist there. However, there have been several reports of high Spiritual Pressure as well as an increase of Hollow sightings ... Just what is going on in this town?
