1. In Costa Rica, in the town of Puerto Jimenez, I got to jump off this dock. I saw many beautiful fish while jumping off the dock. I couldn't stay under for long, but the water and fish were beautiful. 2. In Louisiana, I got to see alligators up close. This man would feed them marshmallows. They loved the marshmallows. I also got to see a Northern Barred Owl. 3. In my own yard, I got to photograph a Ruby-throated Hummingbird really close. It was probably four of five inches from my face. 4. In Missouri, I got to see many Red-headed Woodpeckers. They lived in this beautiful forest of giant cottonwoods. 5. In my own yard again, I got really close to a Red-breasted Nuthatch. This bird was unfraid of me when I filled up the bird feeder. It was the second time I had ever seen this is species. I saw him many times after, I assume he eventually left. |

1. Bengal Tigers in the African Lion Safari in Hamilton, Canada. It was really neat to see these tigers up close as we were able to drive on a pathway and see them in the nearby fields. There were even a few white tigers too. ![]() 2. Peafowls and peacocks in the African Lion Safari in Hamilton, Canada. They really came up close and it was just a general nice experience to see these beautiful birds. 3. Asian Elephant in the Toronto Zoo. I actually got a chance to ride on one of the Asian elephants here. XD Felt strange and kinda clumsy, but neat too. ![]() 4. Puffins at the Montreal Biodome. These cute little birds came up so close and were almost able to be touched. XD Very sweet sight, I'll get a video up of one of them soon. xD 5. Eastern Squirrels in the Rosetta Gardens in Scarborough. Yes, they may just be common rodents; however, seeing these squirrels are such a delight from my childhood. Still go there to feed these little guys occasionally. XD |
