OK firstly you can request for an existing Birthrite which is in the "Approved Birthrites" forum or you can create your own. this is up to you but you might not be granted the Birthrite.

Elder Runes:
elder runes are the most famous and the most powerful Birthrite one can have. There are only 7 people in the RP that have these and each one has a unique power. unlike the other Birthrites the elder runes are each divided in 3 stages of mastery. the higher the stage, the amount of times or strength of the elder rune.

Ability Birthrite:
anything like omni-power or avatar state powers are not allowed. this could be a super power type ability, this is a flexible Birthrite so be creative but not to powerful.

Summoning Birthrite:
This is basically the short cut to master summoning but this like the Elder rune is a rare Birthrite and can only be gained through a clan bloodline.

Spell Birthrite:
The most common Birthrite in the form of a single spell. These can be destruction, Restoration and Alteration(NOT SUMMONING). Depending on the level of the mage this Birthrite potency changes so a novice can't use a master level Birthrite.

while in-game:
for a normal Birthrite the user will tap a rune mark on his/her body or speak its name. this will activate the ability and depending on the users stage of Birthrite it will affect the battle outcome. just because your character has a Birthrite does not mean you will win every battle!!!!!

Stages rule:
OK when we let your character have a Birthrite will not mean you will have a powerful ability. here are the stages and when you can "upgrade" your Birthrite.

novice,Apprentice,caster: stage 1

Adept,paladin: stage 2

master grand mage: stage 3

this rule applies to elder runes as well!!!!!!!!!!
