~ Episode 1 ~![]() I've been looking forward to play another survivor for a while now, so I am quite excited for this game. The last Arkham was a disappointment for me, so doing better than that will be my first goal here. But really, time travel? I went through the game-related rules and didn't find any explanation about time travelling, so I'm just going to assume that the time travelling is a joke from the mods. After Doctor Who, the only way I would want to use time travel is to travel back in time and undo my application. Onto the more serious stuff, my tribe. My tribe is ridiculous. I have played a couple of Survivor games by now, and this tribe is something I've never seen before. Two hours into the game everyone had already signed in, which immediately eliminated the chance of having any inactives. By now I've spoken with everyone, and I can only say the following: we will have no easy first boots. Normally there are always a couple of people who don't know how to hold a conversation and send oneliners, but not this time. Every single message I received was at least four or five lines. And while it's nice to have an active, strong tribe, it also makes me nervous. At this point I can't see what the power structure will be like, and if we end up losing the first challenge, we will have a difficult tribal council right away. Which means that I will have to start playing the game early on. So, am I happy about my first 12 hours in this game? Yes and no. After a couple of hours in the game, Mad Hatter approached me asking for an alliance. I obviously accepted, so it does make me feel a bit more comfortable to know that I already have an ally. Off course, the question is whether or not I can trust an alliance offer three hours into the game? He does seem genuine about his intentions, so we'll see how things go. Hatter suggested to make a bigger alliance, but I'm not a big fan of that. Majority alliances are doomed to fail. Bringing too many people together in an alliance means that you can't keep things hidden, and the alliance will be destroyed from the inside. I prefer a lot of small deals, partnerships. That way no one knows who you're really working with, and it's always nice to keep others in the dark. I could do a write-up about my tribemembers, but it's too early for that. At this point, my opinion about everyone would be the same: 'can hold a conversation, seems to know what he's doing'. I'm hoping that by the start of the challenge, I'll have spoken a bit more with them and who knows, maybe I'll have some more deals by then. |

[Joker Interrogation 1] [01] So, we're about twelve hours in. What are your initial impressions of your tribemates? [02] Is there anyone you think would make a good ally? Anyone you've already allied with? [03] On the flipside, is there anyone that you don't want to ally with? Someone who either seems useless or a threat? [04] What's your guess on when the first twist will happen? [05] Who's your favorite mod? (Warning: There is at most one correct answer to this) [06] Would you rather lead a majority alliance, be a lower ranking member of a majority alliance, or form a bunch of smaller bonds while looking like you're on the outside? [08] Do you have any idea what happened to question seven? |

Did you even read my first post? Like, I've already answered most of the questions there. Jeez.
1. See my previous post. Everyone is hella strong and hella active. First tribal council will be hella tough and I'm sure we're going to get lots of lots of drama. 2. I could honestly see myself allying with everyone. I'm already allied with Mad Hatter, and soon enough I'll probably have some more allies. I suspect an alliance with Batwoman will follow soon enough. 3. Nope. I'm not counting out anyone at this point, everyone still has a chance to be my ally <3 4. Way too soon probably. 5. Batman 6. Form a bunch of smaller bonds 8. It was probably afraid of the time travelling, as it should be. |

Quick update (currently flooded by messages so I don't have much time): Krypto asked me to work together, Batwoman told me that if this challenge is some crazy twist and one of us ends up captain and has to pick tribes we should put each other as #1, and Gordon Jr. told me he wouldn't vote for me anytime soon. Hatter said he's probably going to offer alliances to Gordon Jr. and Batwoman later today. Currently I feel like I'm in an okay position. Mad Hatter is the top dog, he's been online nearly all the time and everyone says they've talked to him the most. |

Spectator Request: Hey, this is just a quick question that I'm asking everyone: What's been your favourite PM exchange from the Holding Cell first 24-hours part of the game? Were there any outstanding quotes you'd like to share with us, the audience? Even just one great quote would be fantastic to see, so I thought I'd ask now! |

Not really a single quote, but this exchange with Beast Boy is the part I enjoyed the most

Also, this tribe is pretty boring. I want to go back to my cell block. It looks like we got a lot of people here who only send oneliners. Alfred looks boring, Ozy seems active but boring. Vee looks interesting, and Star has potential. The fact that I've barely been able to talk to them hasn't really helped either, so I should start getting to know them better. |

So at this point I'm closest to Bane. We got into an alliance and are discussing possibilities to gain control. Alfred is very boring, and while Ozy is very active his messages are subpar. Vee is the one who we both like the most, so it's not unlikely we'll end up working with him. Star is promising, but neither of us has talked enough with her to form an opinion. |

Ozy approached me for a three-person alliance with himself, me and Bane. Ozy isn't my favorite person, but I've spoken quite a bit with him and it's always good to have people on my side, so I obviously accepted. |

Or is this your way of telling me that Xof and Nich are holding you at gunpoint and forcing you to play?
