I putted this poll as a referendum because I want to know if I should be elected, the citizens want widely interpretation or strict. This is an important issue because the Atlantic Charter is very open and free interpretable.

I defend the option of wide interpretation.

I agree that it needs to be a wide interpretation. It's not like Upscale, SO, and myself spent hours pouring over the Charter. It's just a basic foundation for the region.
