I am, Alora, inclined to agree. Earlier this year he seemed to get upset and question why I am on disability. Unfortunately it is difficult to find a doctor and if you should find one who is taking new patients, you are buying a pig in a poke, you have no idea what you are getting. You could get a worse doctor than you already have. Nonetheless I am thinking of shopping around. I lost some special benefits over the past year that I really need and I do not think he put much effort into reapplying for them.

I have stuffed a ham,
I have stuffed a yam,
but never yet
have I stuffed a lamb.

I have however heard stories about over on the Island (PEI) involving farmworkers, sheep and hip rubber boots.

It sounds like your younger brother and you had quiet a day together.

Ah, welcome Sachie, so nice to have you here. :)

Hello Dale, it's good to see you here again. We have had some nice weather and it is supposed to remain more or less good for awhile. At least the warm weather has arrived at last. May you be enjoying spring as well.

Thank you.
I'll be on leave for a while and hope to visit Florida before it gets to hot.
Check out the beaches and white sand, do some swimming, and get out on the ocean.
I've been on the ocean before in Newfoundland--Port au Basque. There lots of rocks. Lobster was $1 Canadian right off the boats. Had a party on the beach with a camp fire, but it was cold, and that was in June. Stayed all night wrapped in a blanket. It was fun though. We sang songs: Squid Jiggin' Ground and Isle of Newfoundland:

"There's a girl in every story, and you know there's one in mine. She broke my heart so often, it stays a little sore. :( That's the reason I left home, can't go back no more...
I wish I had the power to change the course of time,
To live again in Newfoundland, the home of childhood time."

I love Newfoundland music and miss having a Newfie hour on radio every weekend> I think Newfoundland gave Canada it's best folk music. Nova Scotia may rival it for quality but does not so much as begin to match the quantity of work. I would enjoy digging out my vinyl and spending some quality time with my collection but I have not set up my turntable since moving as it is not working properly.

I was reading our mainpage, page one of The Lounge earlier, I still enjoy doing that, has anyone else gone back to read page 1 lately? Glad to see Alora is keeping up with the Yaoi of the Month art. I hope you all enjoy your weekend.

I'm doing fairly well Alora, you? I had trouble sleeping due to the heat so a little tired but aside from that, good.Rather a strange day online, the strangest thing is this notice on my outlook e-mail: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. I'm getting tempted to give up on this internet idea, I'm so sick of bullcrap problems. Guess who has been trying to fix things with no success all day. XD Sorry I missed you, I got caught up with problems elsewhere. Glad to see I'm not the only one here today.

That's excellent Mia, you did very good work there. Was that an art project or something you did for yourself?

Both I guess. It's for a final project, but I've been wanting to do this for a while now! I'm so happy with it. :D

Those are the best kind of projects, the kind you wanted to do yourself. I like the texture, what is it?

It's just some very soft wood. I don't know what kind it is, but it's very easy to work with. I got a bag of it at "Michael's."

I don't often get to Michael's and I have never checked his wood but if it is as light as cork or foam, it would be balsa but balsa wood is usually cut as smooth as paper when sold for crafts where your dresser has almost a papier-mâché texture which gives it the appearance of a handpainted antique.

I'm sorry to hear that, Lyssa. My best wishes to you and his family.

Bruce, my little brother has an outlook account, he claims it is stupid. Then again he claims almost everything on his computer is stupid since he was forced to upgrade to Windows 10. I do miss Terry Pratchett. Presently I am having one of those days where I am very tired, but far too irritated to sleep, and when I do, the content of my dreams may involve maiming someone. Violently. Maybe with an axe. Possibly while reciting that one scene from The Princess Bride.

Spoiler: click to toggle

I hope the evening finds you in good health and spirits. By the way, where do you think we should put the yaoi discussion board?

So sorry to hear about your friend Josh, it is hard to lose someone particularly while so young. Cancer is a dirty disease, I would love to see it eradicated. Be careful to take care of yourself at this time Lyssa.
I cannot say I ever liked outlook but they have trashed yahoo so badly over the last decade that it has become but a bad joke so I had to find something new and I will not touch google. I have heard a few people say how much they love Windows 10, fangirls I suppose, but generally I hear how much people hate it & did not like having it forced upon them.

I have been doing a lot of stumbling and staggering around lately from lack of sleep so I sympathize. I do my best to maintain my balance and be at peace but I do not live in a very peaceful world and people will irritate me. On rare occasions someone has truly irritated me and I wish for 5 minutes in a locked room with them. I do not think I have ever seen The Princess Bride but my thoughts at such times are very similar to those in your spoiler. The dialogue I am having in my head usually begins, "I'm sorry, I misspoke. Unless I get carried away and make a mistake I fully intend for you to live."

What do you think of putting it in News & Discussion, under General Discussion and we could put a yuri discussion board below that. Barring that, I think maybe make a new section for various themed discussion boards. What do you think of the banner? I was tired and frustrated at being tired so I thought I would throw a temp up until you get a design you are happy with. I was inclined to use the banner with the black background to match the sites skin but I don't like to make the site too dark. Now of course I realise the banners are small enough that it would not be a problem. I can change it if you want. In my fatigue I forgot that you mentioned something about making banners recently.

To each their own, but I must say gmail accounts are quite convenient if you just need a quick email address to use and then promptly discard- I have upwards of five of them, one I use simply for the sake of ordering random free samples online, which I was actually reminded of because of your blog post. Semi-frequently there will be free samples of adult diapers, which we ordered as a gag gift for my husband's brother. They came in very nice "macho" style packaging.

That sounds thoroughly unpleasant, I hope you can get some rest tonight. I like to think I am not a violent person by nature but I find these days when truly pissed off, my brain can conjure some extremely graphic fantasies involving mauling. Just so you know, if at all possible I am going to steal that particular piece of your internal dialogue and hope to find an excuse to use it in conversation some day, I'm thinking a game of monopoly as it tends to devolve into threats somewhere around the third hour.

I think that may be best, it would be easily seen there. Actually, I very much like the banner especially now that I have seen it affixed to the top of the site, more than serviceable for a temp. I see no reason to take it down as I do not have another design ready, and I expect progress to be slow as usual given recent happenings.

Google rather pissed me off when I tried to get an e-mail account after they finally did away with that stupid need an invitation policy and they wouldn't give me one for the crime of being Canadian. However since then I have completely distrusted them due to their fanatical collecting and storage of information. I wondered if anyone would find my blog post if I did not link it here. I had faith in your finding it. Macho diapers? He Man or Randy Savage?

I am very tired so I am hoping to get to bed early, get to sleep and sleep through to the morning. I was an innocent wanting only to trust and love but decades of being surrounded by my family have had it's effect on me. I could give you the complete recitation if you promise to credit me in the introduction should it ever find it's way into one of your stories. I can understand that phrase being used during a game of monopoly.

It may draw some attention to that section as well. As long as you are happy with it and the members do not complain I'm good with it. I would like to have a banner of the month contest where the winner gets their banner used on the site for the following month, bragging rights and their website promoted through this.

I don't remember if I told you guys that the doctor thought the thrush was from diabetes and took a bunch of bloods. Well they all came out good. No diabetes. No bad cholesterol. No vitamin deficiencies. :)
