I've previously mentioned on this forum how GTA V was pulled from stores in Australia and New Zealand. There were movements to try and get it pulled in other countries, but they all failed, fortunately. Then we had a movement to pull Hatred from Steam, which succeeded, but was quickly reversed by intervention from Gabe Newell himself, to the howling protests of SJWs like Jonathan Mcintosh. Now Hotline Miami 2 is the latest target for moral crusaders.

Hotline Miami 2 was refused classification in Australia, which is essentially a ban, which is worse than what happened to GTA V. Although it was removed from a large chain, people could still buy it elsewhere. Hotline Miami 2 is just banned entirely from the country. This was a lot more common in the past, becuase Australia used to not have an Adult rating, and if something wasn't appropriate for teenagers it was just banned. When the Adult level classification was introduced I thought we'd see the end of this shit, but apparantly not.

But hey that's just Australia, not like anyone would try to get it banned in say, America. Oh wait...

So what I can gather from this statement is that Brianna Wu does not believe freedom of expression for artists is a universal human right, and its okay for countries to censor offensive works of art because their standards are not the same as ours. I happen to disagree but lets move on.

While I don't know if I'd support a ban in the US, I stongly support us having a conversation.

This is some pretty weasly language, the sort you see from politicians. I'm sure she's waiting for cues from her fellow SJWs to decide if she does support banning the game in America or not. In any case you are free to have a conversation about it after all you have freedom of speech. And I can use my freedom of speech to call you out as a fascist every time you advocate for censorship.
