Phenomenon

Given Name: Titania Draven
Alias: Bella Morte, Tanya
Furcadia Alt: Bella Morte
Species: Homo-superior
Gender: Female
Age: 38

Mutation: Healing powers! But only if she kills the person first. She can heal any wound (except instantly deadly wounds, as she can't kill a dead person), any disease, et cetera. However, she cannot heal herself, and she cannot heal without first killing her intended target. The diseases are healed by the nature of how she heals. Since the body dies- the disease dies with it.

Must touch her intended target. No victim killed from a distance can be healed. Cannot regrow limbs that have been destroyed, but can reattach limbs that have been severed, so long as the limb is still whole.

Secondary Mutation: The blood from the 'murder heal' will re-absorb into the body. However, the injury blood will remain unless cleaned up.

Physical Description: Her skin is a red-tinted caramel brown from her Native American heritage. She has black wavy hair that falls down to her mid-back, usually worn in a style that is both wild and tame. Her eyes are ice-blue, a genetic mutation not linked to her X-gene. Usually wearing a corset or halter to show off her bosom. Always dresses seductive and expensively (silks, leather, lace). Always wears black. Sometimes accents it with sanguine.

Personality: Manipulating and seductive.

History: She was born to a family far detached from the tribe. She doesn't even know to what tribe her family belongs, and she doesn't care. Her parents named her after the queen of the Fae, however, a super-villain eventually took the name, and she was partly molded by that.

Her early years were spent learning to survive on the streets of Detroit. Her parents lived in a bad neighborhood, and she was constantly subjected to violence. But her parents didn't care. They belonged to a gang (out of self-preservation or necessity), and were killed when she was 12. She was shipped off to her aunt, and spent her days there before going off on her own.

Her best friend was her knife- a 6" combat special she named 'Eleanor.' And she rarely took interest in other people, except to use them and abuse them. When she turned fifteen, her mutation grew to its fruition. She found that when she slit a man's throat, she could bring him back, fully healed, once he had bled out. With such a mutation, and her skill with a blade, she soon picked up the name Bella Morte- Beautiful Death. Even if you stayed dead, she was still quite beautiful.

As years went on, she learned to use her feminine wiles and sharp mind to mold men into her puppets. She manipulated them through fear and through her sultry words, using them as pawns to get whatever she wanted. However, playing with humans became almost dull. She went on a search for her own kind, to see what men she could weave into her web now that she was more experienced.

Possible Future: Mayhem. >3

Faction: Probably Brotherhood.

Extra: Ref Pic

You can all blame Ruby for this.

I'm not sure that I fully understand her abilities. In order to heal someone, she kills them. Then the blood returns to the body and all wounds are healed? Is there a limit to how many wounds could be healed, or the extent of wounds like Broken Bones or damaged vitals?

Sidenote; Native American healers, man. I'm expecting a fun-filled meeting with Bear.

The person can't die from a different wound and be healed by her. She has to deal the final blow- period. I forgot to add that she has to be touching them in order to kill-heal them, so that one's my bad.

She can't bring back a destroyed limb, but aside from that, so long as she ends the person's life, there are no wounds she can't heal. Even if the limb is merely severed- so long as she has the limb, she can re-attach it with her powers (though there is a chance the limb will lose feeling or be in a low pain for the rest of the person's life). So long as the body isn't completely dead when she arrives. If the person dies from something else before she has the chance to end them, they die permanently.

Sorry it took me so long to look at this while lucid xD We discussed this character in whispers and you went ahead and changed the app to reflect what I asked, which was that you explain a little more why she can heal diseases and wounds. Because healing diseases isn't something that will be used a lot in rp, I'm fine with her having that ability.

I approve.

My questions are answered. I like this, it's very... DC. As the resident Rebel/DC Fanboy, I do hereby approve of these shenanigans!
