-No-Shell, a friend of No-Bark who cut all ties with him long ago over some ridiculous and insane agreement. Lives in a ruined bank by Vault 8, its halls are filled with nothing but junk. No-Shell talks to the inhabitants, which are various bobbleheads and other things around. Will buy junk for more than any other merchant. Sometimes will sell useless things that are either rare or important. Lunatic's Bank? Lunatic's Stoage?

-Quest involving Goombler's massive debt.

Mynos

-Novac community?

-Mysterious Stranger charms? Would give a small boost to the likelihood of the Mysterious Stranger showing up.

-Smorg/Groms?

-Cursed chests in places? Ruins?

-Rad Spanias

-Securitron bunker-like area?

-Kapp stuff: The Don can promise Kapp safety; The Don can manipulate Kapp into thinking he's trying to restore peace even though he's trying to grab power as the two sides fight; The Don can take Kapp's SOB knowledge and sell it or use it to his advantage; and this would allow Rogueport Vegas to be a good underdog third side caught in the middle but trying to come out on top.

-Goomward and Pianta objectives and such.

-Come up with system fer moving time without characters? Stars freezing time?

-Faction Outposts

-Blooper bosses. One in Cheeps' Pond, one near Darkmarsh in a lake that's being worshipped. One Darkmarsh guy at Cheep's Pond.

-No Bark and Scratchy- Deathchomp

-Irradiated delivery at Mushroom Express. Raiders steal the package, some get mutated when found.

-Kindling's Trouble Board near Shy Brotherhood.

-Treasure map in the Koopa Skull's eye

-Almighty Malachi and Bowling Alley

-Rawk Hawk supporter in Glitz's End as a town drunk

-Drugs

-Glitz's End layout: We could have the town split up into four sections around the middle arena. Other than the front gate, which juts out a little.
The four sections could be the living quarters, the bazaar, the war room, and the forge.

-Eld recruitable from Boggly Woods
Eld Stuff:

-Rast and Justin's fortress

-Mutants and Koopolis quest

-Town idea outlines: Kindling: The feud between SB and residents, stuff involving the books there.
Glitz's End: The feud between the different sections of the Horde, and the arena which will most likely be its own questline.
Koopolis: The superhero/villain fight, merchant stuff, and Sons of Bowser jobs.

-Chet Rippo and Rip Cheato/ Goomward joining the NMR after being a merchant

-Ghouls and bigots in Ghouls' Rest/ Ragnarok and Egggleam

-GECK stuff

-Cult of surviving Magikoopas

-Broken Chain escaped slave temple in a mine shaft connected to a Vault

-TFE's joke characters getting beaten and tortured as slaves (Jim Jimson, Kayne the Yoshi, Jewish Super Mutant, Jesus, Yeezus)

-Doogan Behemoth

-Giant mutated Wiggler boss

-Vault 10 (Gourmet Guy Vault?) and the Bob-omb vault (and maybe one normal guy originally inside too)

-Lean in Kindling

-Wasteland Circus Fortune Teller + Krinkles Groove Guy

-Radley in Specter Kingdom (whoever that is)

-Wildfire where Fahr Outpost was.

-Kindred Regulators sect and assassination missions

-Tunnel Shanks infighting between Clubbas and Bandits

-Binoculars

-Puppet Man RE

-Gojira giant gecko thingy

Justin, Toast, Magnus Prime

-Rad-Goat

-X-Nauts and Shroobs

-Behemoth boss

-Popple's Stash Wasteland event and location, similar to Dead Money.

-Rewards fer membership in factions

-Refrigerator ambush by Marauders in Mario's Town; Enclave-spy Mario hat hidden and separate

-Super Mutants want to join Koopolis, a few want to abduct somebody important as leverage as well as some supplies stolen

-Arena battle alternate ending fer some Horde Quests, Bigots in particular.

-Haunted Vault beneath Boo's Manor

-Star Rod/Crystal Stars

-Minefield

-
Conversation about Kindling, HELIOS 1 esque superweapon

Kindred/Lucien Lachance quest

-Thieves' Guild faction, was a splinter of the Kindred that didn't like killing, but still wanted to profit off of others' misery. Just a different type of misery. Both groups are relatively friendly to each other.

We should definitely work out a better system when we go into the next cycle with writing updates. As currently, it feels like we both write solely a few characters each. Like, I mainly do just my NPC characters, Wister and Orin, and Rip. Shen Ji was solely mainly ye, I started out doing Trubba's but then ye started doing his, I know I did a couple of Seras updates here and there...

It's good in theory, but whenever each of us finishes writing the updates for the characters that we mainly do, then we're kind of left twiddling our thumbs.

Mind you, I actually should check what characters actually do still need updating, but this is mainly just an observation.

I think it'd actually be better if like we split the characters up into two groups. We both write a round of updates for the characters we take initially, and then switch characters after those updates are finished.

It'd keep things from growing stagnant writing wise, keep us interested, further allow both of us to know what's happening for all characters, and I think further push us towards updating "regularly." Or at least, it's more efficient than the bit "random" way we decide to write which updates now.

Additionally, if we both wrote each character sometimes/on a regular basis, if one of us drops off of the face of the Earth or something can easily pick up with those characters without butchering them.

Of course, if there was an update ye really wanted to continue writing, such as the conclusion of a wastelander exploring a dungeon or something, ye could.

A bit rambly, but it's been something I've been thinking about since at least finishing the map.

-general or base set value for items, that can be changed for other regions that are under a faction's control. However, depending on if the merchant is fair or not, in territory not ruled by a faction, it'll be closer to the base value.
More

-implant perk system, also potential perks that can be taught to players for a price?

-RE involving a character sort of like the Stranger from RDR, will be sort of like the Business Man, and will appear to every character at some point, questioning morally questionable things they have done.

-Potential postal system, or some other way of communicating between players?

-have mini updates detailing the entry of the other main factions into the wasteland. NMR will just march their forces into the wasteland, and the signal the Enclave has awakened is by the turning on of the Enclave Radio, following that, the Enclave will begin appearing throughout the Wasteland. As for Rogueport, Mr. Rogue will send a securitron sort of like Victor from NV into the wasteland or something.
-----NMR on morning 3, Rogue being on day 4, and Enclave on Day 5-6.
-----Following the start of faction warfare, have one faction warfare update at the end of every cycle to keep what everyone is doing straight.
