I was having trouble withdrawing funds. The software kept saying the funds were insufficient despite math checks it just wouldn't send funds. I put in a ticket and I got what looked like typical British sass. Completely uncomprehending the very good English I wrote asking for help. I got extremely unnerved by their apparent lack of customer service and even more shocked a British company couldn't comprehend it's native language.

I managed a work around and pulled the funds out. I was forced to convert everything to Litecoin and only then was I able to successfully withdraw the funds.

You have not enough funds on your account, amount of funds is equal to fee so withdrawal transaction is impossible.

As I said earlier, try to withdraw your funds in 30 minutes

The last few mined blocks are still not confirmed so the funds are not available at this moment and will be after 6 confirmations.

According to the delivery system log and your account activity, you have created the voucher code and have redeemed it yourself.
Transactions like: 2014-05-13 23:38:56 -7.00000000 BTC 0.19337969 WITHDRAW - BillsCrypto (100%) bitcoin...
mean that withdrawal was not processed.

Please take a look at the screenshots attached.

Let me know if your problem persists.

Oh I see, it's still pending my cancellation for some reason and holding the funds. Well now that I diagnosed my own account issues I'd like to apply for a job since none of you seem capable of solving these very basic issues. In fact I'd like to apply for management. ;)

This problem occurred before I created a voucher. I cancelled an order and attempted to withdraw. But I can see if it's tied to block solves.

I've never had these issued before however and this makes me very nervous. I don't like being nervous. Makes me want to fly to England and remove your office furniture until the debt is satisfied. ;)

Two withdrawals for 7 btc within 1 second. I think this is causing some serious glitching and freezing my funds.

Sufficient funds. I believe the math is correct. Still tells me 2 hours later I can't withdraw. My other account is frozen also and I have not moved those funds. Fix this please.

This is what's causing the issue. Until it's completed it's going to keep a hold on my funds. Please fix this. I want to wake up in a few hours and have a resolution.

I misplaced the sex-robot in the garage somewhere. That's probably where I went wrong. :(

Typical customer no-service. They made an enemy out of me and I may just post this on bitcointalk since I have managed to withdraw everything.
