Stand: Fear of the Dark Power: Emotion Manipulation Power: E (C-B) Speed: B Range: A Staying: A Precision: C Learning: C On its own, this Remote-Control Stand is not necessarily a great combatant, since it possesses no real offensive capability, although it compensates for this by being practically intangible. Additionally, it possesses the ability to flood a large area around it with a field of nigh-impenetrable darkness, within which most non-Stand users become heavily paranoid toward everyone else, but very susceptible to acting upon suggestions given by the Stand and its owner; typically, this is used to incite mass panic amongst a crowd, who will promptly assault whichever opponent the Stand's user tells them to, resulting in a higher-than-average power rating under these circumstances due to the effects of multiple "average" people dealing damage. Suggestions made also linger after the initial paranoia field wears off, meaning the Stand also lends itself to a form of low-level mind control. |
