Welcome to Bleach: Afterlife. Right now you are asking yourself the first basic question, how do I play this game? This guide is designed to get you up and going. Please do not be afraid to ask any questions to the admins. It is their job to help you as well as enforce the rules. This guide is also a work in progress. Table of Contents I. Basics II. Stats III. Passives IV. Talking to NPCs V. Gaining new skills VI. Technique requirements VII. Macros VIII. Resting IX. Boosts I. Basics Although this may be self explanatory, there are some that are new to BYOND. To move your character around use the arrow keys on your keyboard. To attack simply click the attack command or macro it("more on that down below") II. Stats Unlike most games, this games stats are set in stone after you create your character. To get stronger, you increase your passives and skill with your character. There are no such things as levels in this game. There are 3 main stats that put 50 points into when you create your character: Physical Power- Strength of physical attacks Reiatsu Power - Strength of spiritual attacks Reiryoku Capacity- Amount of reiryoku/defense III. Passives In this game, there are these things called passives. They are essentially what makes your character stronger. They are also used to help you gain new techniques. To increase them, just do as the text says. IV. Talking to NPCs To talk to NPCs, just simply double click them. V. Gaining new skills To gain a new skill you must first click Learn Skill, in the Commands tab. Then gain enough EXP to unlock it. This EXP is gained by doing various things like killing NPCs, fighting other players. After you unlock you the skill, you will have a cooldown in which you cannot learn any other skills. This can be reduced by killing NPCs or other players(depending on how strong it is compared to you the reduction may be large) VI. Technique requirements Here are the requirements for learning techniques: Shinigami Byakurai - Available to learn from the start Shakkhou - 25 Hadou Knowledge Soukatsui - 50 Hadou Knowledge Haien - 100 Hadou Knowledge Raikouhou - 150 HadouKnowledge Soren Soukatsui - 200 Hadou Knowledge Shunpo - Available from start Shikai - 100 Zanpakuto Knowledge Bankai - 750 Zanpakuto Knowledge without Urahara(Zanpakuto Spirits stats/passives are 1.5x your own.)/500 with Urahara(Zanpakuto Spirits stats/passives are 2.5x your own) Vaizard - ??? To create a macro move to mouse cursor up into the upper lefthand corner of the screen where the icon is. RIGHT click it and a menu will dropdown. Go to client and you will see another menu. Click Macros and a window will popup. Click New Macro and you will open yet another window(last window that your gonna deal with I promise.) In the line that says Command, put in ".click attack"(no quotes). If you want the attack to repeat while you are holding down the key, tick the repeat box. Then click "Find Key" and then press the key you want to bind that command to. Then click "Ok" And its all done. You can click "Ok" on the final window. And its binded to that key. VIII. Resting To rest in this game simply find a bed and walk into it. You will begin resting and gaining health/stamina/reiryoku. IX. Boosts After you spend a amount of time in the game, you will gain boosts that you can apply to your character. These boosts are mainly in Health/Stamina/Reiryoku, but more options will be added in the future. |
