Welcome to Ancient Bloodlines Ancient Bloodlines Staff
The staff would like to welcome you to Ancient Bloodlines. To make it easier for you, this will be a step by step guide to getting you started. The staff are official members of the Role Play and are there to offer you assistance should you ever need it. The staff make decisions for the role play and help implement new ideas to make the role play experience even better for you. To make it simpler, I've listed the staff and the Race Admins.
Administration Team - Misnavigation. Former Founder of Ancient Bloodlines. Jamie. - lDistance/Qualities. Creator of the Forum. Hollie. - Umbrakinesis. Maker of the Vampire Trials. Alisha - Xyariasu. Current Lycan Admin. Steven - Zoe142. Acting as Moderation to the RPG. Zoe.
Regulators - Kioxes/Star-Scream. Creator of the Vampire Gods. Libby
- Each Species has admins that govern over the decisions made Out of Character. The role is purely an Out of Character Rank despite the fact that most of them lead the Race In Character. Ultimately the decisions are made by the Actual Administration team if we cannot come to an agreement.
Lycan Administrators - .:!:.Cipher.:!:. - Brutus Silvane. - Xyariasu - Yhut
Vampire Adminstrator - Yanous1:0 - Fenrir Blodkol
Human Administrators - Chronographs - Katheryn Harding - Aimeh - Isla Witton
I ask that you read the rules before you start to Role Play or before you post on the Forum. You can find the rules by clicking on "General Guidelines & Regulations" on the Main board. Ultimately, the rules are to ensure that Ancient Bloodlines runs smoothly and that you have an enjoyable experience. If for any reason that you have a complaint or an issue, whether this be with the Role play or with a Player there is a Reporting thread under the "Out of Character Section". An administrator or Regulator will check the report and will try and help resolve it. If you're confused there is a thread called "Player Feedback & Support". It's key role is to answer any questions that Players have. The Link's for these three threads are below: (These will open in a new tab)

Character's and Biographies
There is three different species to choose from before you start to Role play. You can either be a Human, a Vampire or a Lycanthrope. You must decide between the three. Once you've done this, it's advised to make a Biography. It is not mandatory but helps to welcome your character and makes others aware of who you are. The biography doesn't need to include much, just a general outline of what your Character is and who he/she is. Each Species has their own section on the Forum so make sure to post your Biography in the correct location. Try to avoid making a character that's say Vampire or Lycan and you posting it in the Human Biography thread. It does not belong there. If that does happen, an Administrator would quickly pick up on it and move it to the right area.
There is a Template that is pinned under Human Biographies. I'm still working on Templates for the Vampire's and Lycan's however you can adapt the Code however much you want should you choose to be something else. If all else fails, you can press quote on someone's Biography and use their template. Make sure to credit them or ask permission before you do this.

Ranked Characters? I'm confused
Each Species has a set of ranking officials. These ranked members help to govern the race and should be respected by Individuals In Character. Ultimately, the higher the Rank, the more control that you have over decisions In Character. You start of at the Base Rank, which is at the bottom. Any new player to the Role play will be in the same position as you, so you're not alone. It's asked that you show a certain amount of realism. It would be unlikely for a fresh, new Vampire or Lycan to attack someone considered the ruler of the Race. They would be wiser and stronger than you.
If you're wanting to progress, each Species handle it differently. So I'll explain as best I can.
- Vampires progress by finding a Master In Character. Your master will help teach you the knowledge required to pass your trial. In addition to this, they will help you improve your Role play for the practical side of your Trials. When your master decides you're ready for a Trial they will request one for your Character and a Higher Rank above them, Elder, High Lord or High Lady will set you a time and date. Should you fail, there is a waiting period of 2 weeks before you can retrial. Familiarize yourself with the Ranks, and who is in the Ranks by clicking the link Below:

- Lycan's progress in two ways. You can either challenge an individual for the title. Should you win the fight, you will take their Rank and they will return to the starting Rank. If you lose, nothing changes. You can only challenge up to the Rank Alpha/Beta. If you decide you want to become an Elder or higher, the Lycan Ancients will decide how to go about it. Elder and Ancient are not Ranks you can challenge for. The second way is claiming the title as you're own. If you claim and you're challenged you must accept the fight. If you're good enough for the Rank, you will remain the winner and keep the Rank. Familiarize yourself with the Ranks, and who is in the Ranks by clicking the link Below:

- Humans Progress by being gifted with the Rank by the Queen/King of Eldron. The current Queen is Chronographs [Abbie]. She hands the ranks out to whom she see's fit and who seem's loyal to her. There is two different Ranking Schemes for Humans, Ones for Warrior Path and One for the Royals. If you choose to be Human, make sure the Queen know's what Path you're trying to take.
