"Dude, you can't be serious. You want me to pay $3.50 for a frank? You gotta' fix ya' prices, dude."; a hungry customer exlaimed to a vendor for the raised price in their hot dogs.

It was a typical day in Boston. Fenway was starting to roar up, getting ready for the ballgame. Vendors were on every corner and parking prices were highly escalated. Typical music beheld the streets as the game was getting ready to start. It was the Boston Red Sox vs. New York Mets. A lot of people were anticipating the game, and the bleachers were full. Due to the game, the streets were packed with people looking for places to park, or just the standard family on their way walking to one of the many restaurants nearby.

The bisque glow of the sun gave off a particular heat that rendered the need for shirts almost obsolete. Even most women walked round in bathing-suits. Truly, it was a good day. However, not everyone would agree.

Olarik had returned home to Boston for the week, in his usual robed garb, even on a hot day. People would give him strange looks, but then there were those who knew him and took it as a oath of faith, as he often came across as a Monk to others. He was always a kind man, even with all of the troubles he had endured after being discharged from the military. Boston was proud of him. To them, he returned home a Hero. They knew nothing of the secret life he led outside of his home. However, he knew there were risks to him returning to Boston.

Time had passed for quite some time as he wandered the streets near Fenway Park. He appeared to be looking for something, but no one could quite tell what it was. He led no hints to his searching. It wasn't until he actually gained entry in to Fenway Park, that he began to become more alert. Olarik felt something. The air was stagnant and dry, which most people just figured was from the hot day. No, it wasn't that easy.

The ballgame pressed on, and as the announcer exclaimed in excitement, "That's a hard pitch to the outside, and it connects! That ball is in the air! It's, it's- IT'S GONE! That ball is outta' here! This marks the first of the game, folks! Pappi may be continueing his usual slugfest right here back in Fenway after a hard game in Cincinnati.", the ground shook briefly. Of course, with all of the construction going on down the block, again, no one really attributed it to anything. Their could be an invasion and no one would care. The game was on.

Casually strutting his way through the food court, the former soldier tried to keep himself aware, but not look obvious. So, as any smart person would do at a ballgame, he went to one of the food stands and ordered a pizza; pepperoni to be exact. Olarik knew these streets. He knew the people, and he knew their families. He had a bad feeling that someone was going to happen and an even worse feeling that it was going to happen here at Fenway.

In the middle of shoving his pizza down his face, he saw someone out of the corner of his eye. Finally. The curtain had fallen and this act may finally come to a close.

One of his followers had desserted. They took one of the Soul Sabers constructed at the Soul Praxeum and decided to use it to get what he wanted. The man was a crook. Olarik hoped he could turn the man around, but he lost so much that he turned to this life of crime to survive. As the burden lays with all teachers, it is their job to see that their students are taught a final lesson.

Just as his former student went to assault someone, he noticed Olarik and took off out in to the open and made a run for it on to the field. There was a lot that he was risking by bringing this power in to the open. Hollows craved it. To them, it was new and shiny. Like a diva, they loved shiny. As expected, a Garganta opened at just about the second base line. Unfortunately, as expected whenever a Hollow appears, Shinigami are alerted and are drawn to the area as well. Within minutes, they showed up. However, for them, this was a treat. Not only would they be taking care of the Hollow, but they would be potentially able to take one of the Soul Sabers to examine. Olarik could not allow this. The last thing he needed was Shinigami replicating the Aether.

Fearing the worst, he made his way out in to the open. The fans were freaking out and the players were yelling for the guy to get off the field so they could continue their game. One kid screamed in excitement as the weapon he was holding looked vaguely similar to the "lightsaber" showcased in Star Wars films. Geeks dreams had come true. However, not so much. Through the Garganta stepped three large Hollow, with their footprints quaking the ground beneath them. Fear had befallen Olarik. There were too many people. Hollow like these are not known for their delicate behavior. They are not Espada. They have no human qualities left. Just barbarism.

The Shinigami moved in to attack the Hollow and called for backup due to their power. The ones that were already there were routinely assigned to protect the area. They were fodder compared to the real deals in Sereitei.

His former student took his blade in hand and readied himself to fight the Hollow. The idiot had nothing else. Just the blade. No defense or anything. It would be his end, and that blade would be prime for the picking. With pulse, Olarik projected himself forward and as soon as he appeared through the bleachers and in to the open, a senkaimon appeared, which meant more Shinigami were on the way. Turning to the crowd and bellowing in a voice deserving of a military officer, he exclaimed to the audience and the players, fully aware that they could not see all of what was going on, "Attention! All of you need to leave the premises immediately, for your safety! That man down there is carrying a very dangerous weapon and he means to do you all harm! You need to leave, NOW!"

With majority of the audience knowing Olarik and trusting him, they began to leave in a rushed fashion. Just then, the ground quaked again and knocked several people over. The land around second base began to crack and crater slightly. They noticed that the man wasn't the cause and began to develop a new fear of the unseen. In a panic, they began to run out of Fenway like a flock of sheep being chased by a wolf. With the majority of the building clearing out, he stepped forward. Hollow, Shinigami, an idiot, and him- this was going to be interesting.
