TNR I don`t think your telling me how to do my job, The way I see it, your the seasoned, old, cranky, veteran, Mentor that everyone loves, and Im the new eager, energetic, motivated, but dreadfully under trained Pupil.

AKA every 80`s sports movie

A walk in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact that I'm dragging a body should be irrelevant.
Oh, who doesn't? :P

I'll be honest, Malice, I kind of get the same sense of things, though I do think you guys are competent enough that you don't need a babysitter. Just because Imp and I founded the region doesn't mean we just get to dictate things. We drafted the constitution that Konanen is bent on changing :P but that's about it. We decided this would be a democracy(ish... :D ) so we can't just demand you guys do one thing or another.

Oh, most certainly. In the immortal words of one of the biggest twats to walk the earth: "...If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator," which I couldn't agree with more! :D

True Words.

I have an idea, correct me if I`m wrong, it is after all just an idea, I noticed it takes forever to get something done here, this appears to be because everyone gets on at different times. How about we make schedules for everyone to get on. At least until we get more people. Now I know there are people who have different time zones, Like Madalina so we could have People from Europe get on at a different time than us. Would that work?

Unfortunately,in a few words: likely not haha. :P Most people wouldn't be able to keep up with a schedule, I don't think, and not to mention that still wouldn't help the time zone issue. I don't put as much energy into this region as normal because I know that I can wait a few hours without involving myself and things will get on just fine, since we don't have too many people ;) Activity will eventually come as we grow. Regions generally become predominately one or two groups (the region Imp and I are from and are still in, is primarily Brits and especially Americans, with a few South Americans and other Europeans mixed in for good measure :P )

Plus, I fear if we try to use a schedule, there would be no way to enforce it, and if we did, people would be incensed that we are trying to force them to be online, which would do more harm than good.

Alright, it's good that you're thinking. But I think now is the time for recruitment and for setting up the Guildhall.
