Getting my feet wet

 Are there anyone else out there disappointed with the claim service and response times from our VA? can anyone give a logical answer as to why the service is traditionaly terrible and slow? :sick:

 It has always been slow, but today, there is an influx of additional Agent Orange claims dating back to Vietnam, Mystery illness from Desert Storm and now Iraq/Afghanistan.

Does not make your wait any more palatable, but maybe understandable.

I've had an appeal going for just about or over a year now. It will happen.

Reminds me of a song sung by the Kingston Trio called, "You Got to Prime the Pump".
