Akemi appeared in the wasteland, a huge lake nearby, but only rubble of rocks and such around. There were no trees or anything organic like around the area. Akemi just looked towards the clear sky as the sun beamed down onto his forehead. In a moment, Akemi put on a straw hat and donned it so the son wouldn't be in his eyes. "Kinan-sempai should be here soon."

Kinan's footsteps could not be heard yet as he slowly drifted forward, coat over his body, both Hannin and Zainin on his back. His hand drifted up to his tongue and he licked it gently, wiping it over his cheek to get a smudge of blood off. Placing that hand into a bag he was carrying, Kinan brought it up and sent off a spread of ashes as he passed on forward.

Soon he got to where Akemi was but never made notice to him until he brought up his eyes and grinned. "Hey there bro," tossing the ashes to the side, the bag falling to the side, some ashes dripping onto the ground. He walked forward and then as soon as he made his way there, he decided to give his usual greeting to the Seven Swordsmen he met and soon Hannin released from its scabbard instantly, his body rushing forward like a bullet and his hand brought out Hannin, slamming it towards Akemi's body as soon as his body neared him.

Akemi's eyes widened as Kinan came up to him with such speed, however, by the time Hannin nearly connected with his body, Akemi had unsheated both his katana and held them against the big blade. Soon though, Akemi would not be able to block Hannin from hitting him. His katana were much too thin and small to hold it back.

With the katana being forced, Kinan swept the katana away and pushed his elbow against Akemi's chest, forcing him backwards to fall back on his butt. If this worked, Kinan would simply slide Hannin against his shoulder and stare down. "Hey there Akemi-bro," he chuckled. "You losing your edge," Kinan smirked and then held out his hand to help him.

He wasn't all that bad, he at least enjoyed messing with his brothren. If Akemi allowed their hands to touch, he'd lift him and slide Hannin back into his scabbard. "Its been a couple of years since I saw you....ready for a spar with your bro," Kinan smirked. He wanted to really face Kisame but Akemi was a real challenge, even coming up with new things each time they fought.

Akemi chuckled a bit as his straw hat fell off from the fall. "Yeah. It's been a while, but I guess I'm ready." Akemi held out his hand and grabbed against Kinan's allowing him to help him up. "Thanks Kinan-sempai...should we skip warm ups this time around?" Akemi stood up steadily, brushing himself off a bit and sheathing his katana.

He cracked his neck and then smirked. With one swift motion, he slid off the cloak, tossing it away. He had a black tunic on which carried to his wrists and ankles. Black and red, it fit perfectly. Even his swords did not remove from the clasps even though it appeared that they were clasped over the cloak.

"More leg room," he stretched out his legs and then looked over. "Are you ready," Kinan asked and then bent his knees, ready to push forward, awaiting any swift movements or any other movements. He wasn't powerful in arm strength but he was smart enough, looking about, making sure that his next few steps were the best.

Akemi nodded towards Kinan and got into a firm stance. It was one that the Mist Swordsman were familiar with. He had learned this stance from his sensei, back in the times of his early youth. Akemi then charged towards Kinan, holding back one fist to strike a punch. With the way Kinan was built however, Akemi's punch wouldn't do too much to him. At most, it would feel like a light punch.

He smirked at how Akemi came to him. He was fast but it was an onward attack. Wincing one eye, he reached out with his hand and clasped the fist as it was barely to his chest and just as soon, Hinnan clasped from its belt and he slammed it forward, holding onto Akemi's hand as the arm of the blade stuck through him like a pole and pushed him back, the force likely throwing him backwards and Kinan would then leap back, only to push himself off the ground with some forward and race forward to Akemi but then his body bounced off the ground, air jumping right before he could get to his opponent and leaped over him.

Akemi fell back but back flipped while getting knocked back to do a one handed handstand and flipped back up onto his feet. From there, he saw Kinan leap over him. Akemi's eyes followed Kinan as he ended up behind him, unsheathing Jikoku this time around. "It may do wonders to mix a bit of my taijutsu with ninjutsu.....as long as I can get past his sword with a smooth cut......

Kinan brought out his finger and pointed it at him. "Follow the birdy," he'd speak and brought his finger away from his body in order to make Akemi follow it. It was a simple mind trick and if Akemi followed it, the trick would cause Kinan's body to disappear. It was just a simple trick and anyone could do it if they were fast enough.

Even thoug he wasn't fast, if this trick worked, he'd make to Akemi and surprise him and bring Hannin forward, aiming to clash it with his stomach to the side. It wouldn't chunk into him, being the lesser sharp side of the blade but it'd cause a small flesh wound in order to get blood on Hannin itself.

Akemi almost followed Kinan's finger, following for just a quick half second, but kept his wits about him. "Never trust an enemy during a fight, even if you know them........" Akemi, instead sent chakra flowing into Jikoku, causing it to form into it's greatsword form and growing larger. He needed something that could match Hannin's size, something that could hold it back for the while. Akemi then rushed Kinan again, but this would be the last time if he failed yet again. He held Jikoku back, ready to slash at Hannin whence he reached him.

Hannin wasn't that big and when he got there, he blinked, noticing Akemi notice the trick. It was the first time he used it but he was glad that Akemi didn't fall for the first trick Kinan pulled out. "Hm, its getting bigger...oh right," he smirked and brought Hannin forward to clash. He had a larger sword than him but size didn't matter with handling weapons. Bringing one hand to it, he was able to slow down the speed of Akemi's sword and then bringing a second sword up, he was able to hold to Hannin's handle even further, able to stop it completely before it got to him, holding him back with gripping and stared.

Raising his leg, he suddenly jumped off his foot, aiming both feet towards him and soon air shot out from his feet, pushing him away from the opponent and on the opposite side and at the same time, the air would push towards his chest, causing it to collapse in itself and push Akemi back, probably making his lungs weaken for now. When he leaped away from Akemi like a rocket, he held out his hand to the ground, holding himself up and stopping his sudden movement, flipping and landing back on his feet, on the other side of the playing field.

Akemi let out a groan of air being knocked out of his system and took in a few breathes after falling against the ground. "You were always better with taijutsu than I was......." Akemi held his chest a little bit, regaining the air he lost from the hit and took in a last deep breath. ".....but I never knew the results when it came to ninjutsu....." Akemi got up slowly, forming handsigns very quickly. Some of the seals he made couldn't be seen as he ended with the monkey seal.

"Raiton: Arashi bunshin no jutsu." Akemi created 5 storm bunshin and each of them jump towards different areas of the battlefield, each making an individual seal. Monkey, mantis, dragon, horse, and tiger. Akemi hadn't made a seal, watching Kinan with tons of focus. "It was a flaw to charge him the way I did those times. It's better to watch my opponent to see if I can gain an edge.

Kinan watched him and shrugged his shoulders and tried to be modest but his perky smile couldn't help it. "I know I know," and then looked to see him start up hand seals. It was amazing how fast he was and then watching sudden bunshins appear, he let his guard up. "Ninjutsu..heh," which he wasn't really used to using. He was mostly using Kinjutsu or Taijutsu to fight with.

It wasn't like his opponent stopped moving and so he started moving himself, running forward to the one that did not make hand signs only because his focus could forsee that his opponent did not move. As he got closer, he waited for the bunshins' ninjutsu to be casted and would then try to dodge in any manner he could but he had to wait for what they would do.

Akemi had realized that Kinan had been heading towards him and got into a defensive stance, waiting for Kinan to get just a bit closer. One of the bunshin then threw a wired senbon towards Akemi. He caught the senbon between his index and thumb of his right arm, planning to use one of his more medical oriented ninjutsu on Kinan. "The most that I have to get is one of his arms......" Akemi watched Kinan and prepared to strike him by stabbing him with the senbon.

Noticing Akemi, he turned his head but before he knew it, he was unable to stop completely. "Oh crap," and then the senbon struck into his arm, causing it to pierce. "AH," he felt the pain deep in his arm, backing off, trying to catch himself, loosening his grip on Hannin and then after a shudder, he went to remove the senbon from his arm since it was on his sword arm and if he pulled against it, it'd cause further damage. If he was able to remove it safely, he'd leap back away from them all and just stared around. "Damn, I expected him to strike me with a ninjutsu...that was random," he thought while blood dripped down his arm.

Akemi looked at Kinan as he tried to safely remove the senbon. He then called out to the clone with the end of the wire in this hands. "Do it now....." The clone then nodded to Akemi's words and sent a jolt of electricity down the wire, trying to damage Kinan's nervous system from inside his right arm. If Kinan hadn't removed the senbon before the shock connected, his arm would be paralyzed.

He wasn't quick enough as his hand fiddled with the senbon and soon a heavy shock of energy shot into his system and even caught to his hand, causing the jolt to cause him to pull back instantly, the senbon pulling out and causing blood to spit out like being unplugged. He had a lot of blood, which was mainly his specialty. Falling backwards, he stood there, his arm becoming limp and Hannin falling into the ground, the sharp blade sliding into the earth.

Breathing heavily, his left hand shuddered and he winced. "It hurts so much..the pain...I LOVE IT," he yelled in a maniacal laugh. The point of this was that the more pain he got into, the better he felt. "Too bad for you Akemi," picking up Hannin with the arm that wasn't paralyzed, "I'm also a south paw," meaning he can hold a sword with either hand and have the same basic attack strength. He held out with one hand and then he raced forward, aiming towards Akemi.

Raising his leg, he lifted it and kicked him into his stomach, the kick would lift Akemi into the air. Following up with Hannin, he slams the blunt flat side of it against Akemi, aiming for once in the back, then in the stomach, second in the back, and a third in the stomach again, he's slam the sharp in with a sweep to slide through his chest for a small flesh wound and send him flying towards the ground in a thud while yelling, "Butching Slicer!"

When Kinan kicked him in the stomach, Akemi let out a painful sounding hack. His air was nearly knocked out from that kick, but he breathed out, allowing the pain to subside after a little while. Soon after, he felt a hard pound against his back, which was the Hannin's blunt side. It crashed against his back three times, hurting him more as he groaned.

As soon as Kinan tried giving the last slash across his chest, Akemi tried moving back but to no avail. He got slashed and sent flying, inevitably hitting the ground on his back. With a pained grunt, he got up rubbing his head and looked towards Kinan with wide eyes. "Seems simple moves of pain won't work. I'll have to do something more drastic...." Akemi formed more handsigns as he sat there onto the rocky rubble his body was sent onto.

When he landed, Kinan smirked and held onto Hannin brought it to his lips. "Oh too bad Akemi," licking a bit of the blood and tasting it. "I love doing this every three years...your blood is the tastiest bro," his canines practically bearing from his lips.

He then brought his free hand as it was now not paralyzed anymore and removed Zainin. Placing the soaked Hannin against Zainin, it wiped away clean of the blood. "Now...Zainin's sharp enough to cut," putting away Hannin to hold up Zainin with one hand, using his left hand since the right one was still in need to get feeling back. "Let's make this fight a bit more hot blooded, why don't we," bringing Zainin up. "Kire ken Saikoro," he spoke up, suddenly heat rose from Zainin itself, steam appearing. If he'd smell it, he'd smell boiling blood, the rotten blood and it was whatever appeared from Akemi's wound.

Bringing up his other hand, he held onto it and soon small bits of the bottom pulled out and widened, allowing small holes to appear at the bottom of the sword like boosters which what they were. Soon shots of chakra bursted through these holes, pushing forward. Kinan brought up his feet with a jump, allowing his body to flow forward, the sword flying forward towards Akemi at amazing speed. When he got to Akemi, he released the chakra and his sword swung back and soon he swept forward with a slice towards the wound to cause a bit more pain and then slide it back in the opposite direction, and again, moving to spam several clean slices towards him at fast speeds because of the boost from his sword.
