Weapon name: Tsuki-Neji (( Moon-Spiral ))
Weapon genre: Versatile.
Weapon type: Kusari-gama (modified)
Material: A special material called Shinzoku, or "Soul Metal."
Size: Each chain is approximately 15 meters long. This length is variable when a jutsu is used.
How is it carried around: Wrapped around Seijun's right arm, usually hidden beneath his sleeve. Alternately transformed into its/her humanoid state.

Appearance: Seven silver chains with shorter, six-inch long crescent-shaped blades along the lengths. Each chain has a spear-head at the end of it.
Amount: One "set/"

Abilities: Tsuki-Neji may multiply itself (via jutsu) and is sentient. It can react when Seijun cannot (i.e, when he's KOed) and defends him from attacks he can't block on his own. Tsuki-Neji has a venom on its chains that block the chakra flow of the struck limb, though only temporarily, lasting for about an hour. There is no known cure, not even in Seijun's possession.. The minor blades can detach and fly/attack on their own as a part of a separate jutsu, Seijun's Guren Senbonzakura. If Seijun and Tsuki-Neji are separated, Tsuki-Neji will make its way back to Seijun under its own power, moving with just enough enery to remain mobile; it cannot put up a real fight by itself.

Thanks to Tsuki-Neji, Seijun possesses an extrasensory "danger" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his kinesthetics, enabling him to evade attacks even if he doesn't know they're coming due to such a high-level attunement to his environment, much like a mystical sonar, unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. This, of course, does not apply if T-N is in its "stasis" state.

It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena and gives several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for his reflexes to allow him to avoid injury, as long as the environment allows. He cannot discern the nature of the threat by the sensation. He can, however, discern the severity of the danger by the strength of his response to it. Seijun's environmental sense is directional and can guide him to or away from hidden weapons and enemies. Sudden and extreme threats can cause Tsuki-Neji to react with painful intensity, bringing physical harm to Seijun as it squeezes his arm with the strong chains to get his attention, usually drawing blood and, if the threat is great, breaking bones. It's important to note that this warning is not mandatory; it is a guide and suggestion, not an automatic response, and in no way assures an auto-dodge of an attack.

Seijun can also sense and dodge attacks directed randomly. Seijun can choose to ignore his instincts, and distraction or fatigue diminish its effectiveness. Seijun's fighting style incorporates the advantage that his "spider-sense" provides him, as his body begins to produce more adrenaline after the sense is triggered, an extension of the 'fight or flight syndrome.'

Ability requirement or need: A strong mind (to cope with dual personality) and if you want to wield it, you'd better have Seijun's permission, or pray Tsuki-Neji likes you. The weapon will scar long-time users (like, his arm.)

Tsuki-Neji has two states; a stasis and an active state. It becomes active when Seijun enters a battle, and moderately chips away at his chakra. This drain is compounded with the physical cost of his jutsu, as well as mental strain caused by T-N overreaching Seijun's limits, such as blocking an exceptionally fast attack. When Seijun's mind is at the edge, he must do one of two things: Put Tsuki-Neji back into stasis to conserve his stamina, or he can continue to use it at the cost of his physical performance, as his body will begin to take on the effects itself. Meaning, his actions will be slower, and his motor processes dulled as well. While not a major issue if Seijun does this very briefly, any attempts at major forcing could result in Seijun becoming completely immobile.

Attachments: Tsuki-Neji has recently been outfitted with a special ointment, spread over all of its lengths, designed to filter out the air around it, preventing wind from whistling over the links and stopping any clinking noise. The result is, when Tsuki-Neji is in its normal state, meaning not using a wide-scale jutsu like Tensa, it is silenced, though not completely; someone like Zaku, Kin, or Dosu could pick it up.

Special notes: Yes, Tsuki-Neji WILL allow others to wield besides Seijun, but only a select few. So far, only Kabuto Yakushi, Yoruichi Shihouin, and Maya Natsume are allowed.

Tsuki-Neji cannot be broken unless someone possesses strength equal to Third Gated Gai. However, should it be broken/sliced apart then the mental damage will be comparable to Itachi's Tsukuyomi, to Seijun. T-N will repair itself over a day or two's time.

The construction of T-N is enough that it is extremely difficult to slice apart as well; it would take an S-Ranked Raiton or an A-Ranked Fuuton to cut a chain in half, or an A-Ranked Raiton/S-Ranked Fuuton to pierce one of the links. Due to T-N's metal nature, Raiton attacks can be conducted through the chain to hit Seijun, making him wary of Raiton attacks as well.

Oh right....technically the only thing I changed was its durability. The long section where I gave more detail on the environment sense is the main reason for re-submission though; the orignal was just two sentences and far too vague. I'd rather it be known exactly what it is and what it does. It's not used to buff Seijun's reflexes, rather to justify the 5 he has in that stat.

I demand this be denied on the grounds that Seijun's account wasn't the one to post it up. >_>

*Rejects Kale's demand*

The durability change is fine.

As for the environment sense...

I don't mind the sense itself, but the fact that T-N can make Seijun dodge an attack perfectly without him having to do anything himself. Maybe something more of a guidance, suggesting to him the best way to evade an attack instead would be better.

Sorry about that, that's what I meant to imply. Got carried away I guess.

Anyway, sure. That's more than agreeable.
