Data management is becoming a painful work on daily basis. There are thousands of different file extensions like .3gp, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt etc. All these type of formatted files is created, modified and deleted as well. Most of the users having different type of tools by the help of which they would create and take the access of the data as well and store them in their hard drive and also delete them as per the need.

Managing data is not an easy thing in small hard drive and that the reason we keep on delete files. at that particular point of time that particular sectors of hard drive marked as free and both the copies of file are still in the hard drive but it’s hard to get there reference point again. All these happen when we delete any file intentionally but in the case of unintentionally. Most of the user will delete all the files individually and use different type of approaches as well. That can be done by using right click, delete button or also the shift + delete button. As per the study 9 out of 10 users will surely delete any file accidentally and some of the main conditions are

1. Using Ctrl + A button and click on delete.
2. When user is selecting numerous file to delete and accidentally select an important file as well.
3. Use of Shift + Delete button
4. Deletion of files from external device and in these case files also not stored in the recycle bin as we..
5. Deletion of huge files which does not get stored in the recycle bin when deleted.

Accidentally when a file got deleted then most of the user think that it is practically impossible to get that file back but let me tell you frankly that yes it is possible to get back all the deleted data with the help of some recovery tool but not by the user.
