9:00Pm. Wellgen Headquarters Vancouver, Canada. *Over the past few days Dr Aerin Matzen noticed a glitch in the S.O.P.H.I.A system. The system had apparently been hacked by a person going under the name Matrix. This person had been sniffing around the Wellgen research sites and hacking into staff servers looking around for research into their less savoury activity’s on human experimentation and the meta human phenomenon. All the hired hackers and technicians had re-booted the system several times now with this mysterious ‘Matrix’ character alwys managing to somehow get himself into the system. However he always left a server address. She then got Tanja in her office.* Dr Aerin Matzen: “Tanja, glad you could make it.” Tanja Johansen: “Yes, well its not like I was in the middle of anything.” *She said in sarcasm* Dr Aerin Matzen: “We have a set of addresses of our little trudewr, he has been sniffing around online in places he shouldn’t goes under the name Matrix. Search these addresses and ask aound for some names. I want this person found and kept quiet…He mustn’t know about Inga or anything else we are doing here.” Tanja: “Fine I’ll look into it.” Dr Aerin Matzen: “Actually I want the new girl to do it, what’s her name? Alice, , Alex?” Tanja: “Allison. Fine I’ll break her in.” |

Being a freelance reporter meant no regular salary--Mathias had to sell news to make money. Experience taught him that some facts needed to be fished out. That's what he was doing in an internet cafe next to the bay, fishing for facts. The Nergal Corporation had control over a large section of the energy industry, yet it sunk billions into other investments. One of the largest was a puppet corporation here in Vancouver. It owned the tallest building in the city, and were therefore not at all inconspicuous. So, what were they doing in Vancouver that required millions and a fully independent headquarters? Sipping on a mocha frappuccino latte extra pickles hold the lettuce, Mathias loaded a operating system from a flash drive and logged on as Matrix. He seemed to have a nack for getting around complex firewalls and passwords, but never thought anything of it. What he did think about were the strange people he's met all his life. No, not the special kind who eat glue or crinkle up aluminum hats. The kind that could start fires without matches, or catch bullets with their teeth. They were always popping up at the most inconvenient times... Edited by People United Together, Jul 28 2012, 05:19 AM.

You rejected me because I was pretentious, but at least I apologized. You are kicked me out because I would not bend on the admins, but in the end I was right and I fixed the problem with the first amendment. Likewise, any further problems will be your fault for messing up my plan. I anticipated the problems of this union, so arguing with you was both futile and inane because you couldn't recognize simply things, like the need for a democratic assembly. --the Dictator | |

Allison had looked around 6 internet café’s already within 2 hours, traffic was horrid. So she thought she would implement a special piece of Xaeos technology. She was frustrated and tired and had a long day. So when she stepped in the cyber café known as Kryxis Café. She just ordered a late and sat down to log in on her staff profile to report to Tanja. However she noticed that the page configuration was different, something was indicating in the S.O.P.H.I.A was wading of some kind of external firewall threat. She traced the IP address which indicated that the signal was coming from two tables behind her. A young man, looked like a collage freshman, he couldn’t possibly be this Matrix everyone at XAEOS talking about could he. Little did she know that he was probably already sensing her right now. |

It was easier than ever to hack Nergal's servers. Mathias' previous attempts were unfruitful, but now a data search revealed that half of their servers were never used, or were they? Logging onto them was a hassle, but once he was in, files upon files flooded his screen. There were archives of weird news articles and copies of human DNA. He barely started to crack 'em open when a stunning blonde walked in and ordered a cup of joe. Any man would have noticed a beaut like her, too! The strangest thing happened, she turned around to stare right at him! "I guess the feeling's mutual," Mathias thought as he quickly diverted his gaze and pretended to play runescape. |

Allison pretended to write up a university term paper, and then pretended to go to the ladies room. She noticed that the young man was playing rune scape, but was sure that she had found her target, and got out a piece of paper and wrote. “I know who you are Matrix, meet me at this address; 912, Hamilton Street Abbotsford at 3:00 pm tomorrow, we have some matters to discuss.” She then gave it to the café manager who she instructed to give it to Mathias, and then left out the back entrance. She wanted to get a good assessment of who she would be dealing with, and see if he was worth the company’s paranoia. |

"SHIT! The Matrix is real! I'm Neo and that babe was blonde Trinity! So what pill do I swallow, the blue one or the red one? Mathias laughed in his own head. In his hand was a scribbled note with instructions to go on a date with this girl. "No objections from me..." His portable hard drive beeped, so his hands automatically glided to the USB cord to disconnect it. "Whatever is on here, Nergal doesn't want the world to know." Mathias would walk a different way home that night, and stop by a little known pizza parlor. He didn't think Nergal would send a girl if they wanted to hurt him, but if their operations were legit they would have sent the cops. |

| The next day Allison was waiting for her target. She was at least one street away, on top of a tall building, with a sniper rifle, filled with tranq rounds, strong enough to knock out a rhino, waiting for him to show up. A Shade International extraction team was in the restaurant dressed as ordinary civilians, and came in ordinary middle class Toyota SUV’s outside the back entrance. The where under orders not to hurt him, but only to shake him up a little so as to scare him off., the stage was now set, all they did now was play the waiting game. |

Mathias tried to hold his breath as he ran past an ally. The smell of last night's left overs subdued his nostrils and glazed his perception. Nothing was worst than liverwurst, even being late. Abbotsford was a strange part of town for him, but the investigative reporter egged himself on. Looking around, he spotted Hamilton Street. The restuarant was just a block away, so mathias slowed down to catch his breath, which he smelt with his hand. "Oh dang, can't tell if that's the ally or my breath!" The glint of steel caught his eye. It was something on a roof, but Matrix ignored it. His nerves were too much, it had been a while since he had time to talk to a pretty girl. Taking a second, he waited until the butterflies subsided. It so happened that a moving crew was unloading a large refrigerator from a truck. They pulled the overburdened hand truck right in front of him and to the right. At least the shiny metal object wouldn't bother him anymore. The restaurant was ordinary, but, like always, Mathias was under dressed. A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle t-shirt and sweat pants are comfortable, and that's all that mattered. Allison looked at the young man wanting to catch his breath, she looked at him wearing his cloths. She was thinking to herself. “Ninja turtles? Really? Grow up dude.” She then shot the tranq arrow but a fridge got in the way and deflected it. "Crap" she said to herself, as she contemplated that being that last chance she would get in capturing her target without trouble. She then dissassembled her sniper rifle, packed it in it's casing, and then walked down , put in in the care behind the building, and then walked into the resteruant, it was a plain pizza place,. she saw the same young man from the cyber cafe, and gave him a light wave. She then walked over and sat down. "Hello there....Matrix I beleive it is?"

"Hello there....Matrix I believe it is?" Hmmm?" Looking up from his phone, Mathias thought, "Woah, she's even more beautiful up close." Trying to be sly, he asked, "Sure, let's go with that. What may I call you? And in case I add you on facebook, do you have insurance?--I prefer friends with benefits." A 9.5 out 10 was sitting in front of him, so there was no way the 19 yr. old Matrix was thinking about why she was here, or the danger surrounding him. | She gave him a light smile, before emasculating him. "Sorry but I prefer guys who's voice has actually broken. However to other business, it would seem that you have been causeing some concern with my superiors in Nergal. You don't cover your tracks well, don't you?...Yesrerday I ran through and traced your internet lais known as Matrix to the exact server and computer number to your computer which you where using at the cyber cafe yesterday...It would make this process go a whole lot easier if you don't lie." |

"Sorry but I prefer guys who's voice has actually broken." Her ice cold words sent a chill down his spine. "This girl definitely sleeps with every guy she meets," Mathias thought, to ease the blunt force trauma to his ego. When his thoughts actually turned to what she was saying, she was done speaking. "Well, how about a name first," then he added, "Sweet thing?" The pizza he ordered arrived; extra anchovies with pickles. Scrumptious! "Help yourself!" Alison sighed. “Fine, fair is fair; I am Allison, what is yours?” She said as she helped herself to a slice. She didn’t know it yet, but he was sensing her presence, he probably knew that she fit into the type of, special people Matrix was looking up on the classified corporate files.

"Mine's Luke, and about those files I downloaded, the stuff in there was very surprising. In fact, I'm pretty sure Nergal doesn't want the press to find out. I'm also sure you know I'm a reporter, so I can easily let the world know." She wanted business, here it was. The waiter walked over to their table and filled his water back up, even though it was almost full. Not only that, he was very awkward and jittery. The waiter was trying to tip Mathias off...
