Often reffered to as the lord of Heroic Bloodshed and the king of Gun-Fu. Has anyone here seen any of his films, i'm a fan of his films namely Hard Boiled, A Better Tomorrow I & II. He has influenced many directors like Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarrintino and many movies

I have seen films he has starred in, they are great! I have a few of them on video and dvd I think.

I also reconized the name at first from my favorite movie: Enter the Dragon, also starring Bruce Lee.

He's a director. He doesn't star in any of his films.

He had nothing to do with Enter the Dragon.

John Woo made some pretty good films, but his recent films aren't as good. He needs to stop making Hollywood films. Check The Killer fearless freak if you haven't yet. It's considered his best and is my favorite.
