This movie I'm really interested in seeing. Looks really good and Will Smith has a kickass dog and shoots blood sucking things. So yeah, next great action movie. 8) |

It's that time again? *evil grin*

Reading the short story that the movie is based on. I'll still watch the movie, but the short story is (as usual with movies based on books) better. |

I'm not a fan of Will Smith, but vampires are cool. |

This actually looks like it'll be an excellent movie. Number two on my "Want to see" list. 1 being No Country for Old Men, and 3 being The Golden Compass (Don't ruin it... PLEASE don't ruin it...) |

First half was worth it. The second half is...average and weird. I didn't like the comedy in the second half, and the ending sucked. It felt rushed during the second half compared to the first half, which was slow but not in the boring kind of way. I don't think it give Will Smith's character justice at the end either. |

I thought it was great throughout the whole movie. With will smith dying I thought that part was amazing. I mean i like it when main heros dies. But he risked his life to find a cure. But oh well. Some people like it and some people dont. I am just a few who loved it.! |

Spoiler: click to toggle I still think it's worth the price of the movie ticket because I like the suspense of the first half. The thought of being the last person on earth and the feel of solitude and desperation to find meaning to survive is nice. And then those vampires pop up and gives you that shock feeling. It's nice. I just don't like the second half, where I just stopped caring about the characters. |

He was all planning it out in the beginning if it was to come of that. But didnt he said that there was at least 1% of the human ppl still alive. But with will going paranoid he didnt think there was and of course you will think that it was only will smith that was the only person alive. But doesnt it sometimes make you think that there was at least some ppl alive. At least it had a decent ending where we know for sure there wouldn't be a PART TWO TO IT. because it would really suck then. |

I realy liked this movie, it was good but sad in some parts, my friends mum cried lol. Although its a good movie, I think it's just gonna past by and be forgotten easily, as it can't be carried on. |

it is I know these are some really petty things, but it really pisses me off when a film uses the same title as a book and then is nothing like it. Why not just make a new film altogether. In the book, the setting is in Compton, not new york. Robert Neville is white, not black (not a biggie, but a difference nonetheless) and he's not some expert military scientist, he's more of an average joe. And the vampires become more intelligent and try to coax him out of the house, which gives the story loads of atmosphere and freakiness which I felt the film didn't have. But I'm glad you enjoyed it, I just didn't, but you know, everyone has their own tastes. Oh my God! How do people like it so much? It was very very incredibly boring. It was Will Smith and a dog, in fact, that's what I would have called it. If it wasn't that I was staying for the sake of my friend, I would have walked out. How does a movie like that get funded. It was crud. |
