{DAY 34}

Greetings, remaining contestants! Today's examination is one of mental care and fortitude. In this simulation, a number of villains from The Flash's rogues' gallery have broken out of Iron Heights Penitentiary. We can't have them {terrorizing the surrounding area/interfering with your devious machinations}, so we're going to have to round them up and get them out of the way back where they belong. However, you're going to need to figure out what you're dealing with first, and they've managed to knock over my file cabinet during their breakout; I'm afraid all the details have gotten mixed up, and we'll need to piece them back together using only the few details that can be recalled by the frazzled guards.

First of all, you know from the papers you've collected, though they're in the wrong order now, the deatils you'll be looking for.
You know that you're looking for five villains: {Blacksmith, Cicada, Tar Pit, The Top, and the Weather Wizard}.
The villains' costumes come in five different colors, and you'll need this information to determine which is which and take them down accordingly: {Black, Red, Yellow, Green, and Striped}.
There's the order in which they were originally captured, which is significant because you'll need to capture them again and they won't fall for the same tactics twice: {First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Fifth}.
And finally, you'll need to determine which cells they came from, as each cell is specifically outfitted to contain the appropriate prisoner; the empty cells are as follows: {6, 30A, 52, 114, 188}.

Unfortunately, on account of the warping of the dimensions resulting from earlier events, you can't count on the truth of any of these things in the non-dimensionally-altered DC-verse; the villains may well have different costume colors here than you're used to thinking of them as using.

Now, for the more specific intel. Each of the thirteen guards at the Penitentiary can still remember one fact about the villains we need to recapture, and after interviewing them, you'll be able to compile a list of the facts of the case. After analyzing this data, I have determined that it is sufficient such as to allow only one possible solution. I could tell you, but we wouldn't want to make things easy, now would we? Incidentally, it may be helpful for you to make a diagram for your own use in the simulation.

This simulation will be run semi-live. When you are ready to begin, notify Raven or myself, and we will allow you to begin interviewing the guards. The player who solves the puzzle correctly (or gets the greatest number of details in the appropriate places, if no one solves it) wins immunity. If more than one player solves the puzzle correctly, or there is otherwise a tie, the player who does so the fastest wins.

When you are ready to submit a guess, please use roughly the following format:
The Flash: Red, First, 1
Iris West: Blue, Second, 14

and so on.

{NOTE} Once you submit a guess in bold, your submission is final. Editing a guess post will result in disqualification. Non-bolded posts will not be taken as guesses, and will instead be interpreted as being for your own purposes.

{NOTE} There is to be no discussion between players about the challenge until the results have been posted. Any player found in violation will be promptly eliminated from the challenge and possibly subjected to additional penalties.
