Aww *hugs*
I think that may be part of the problem. Even if you aren't here to make friends, you have to make people think you're there to make friends. If people actually legitimately like you, at least half the time they are more likely to trust and/or side with you than if they don't. Even if you don't intend to stay friends after game, you have to at least halfass it during game.

It's not that people dislike me. For some weird reason that's never been a problem. It's more a thing of quantity of relationships and being able to make the first move.

I don't know. If I did know, then I'd be playing and not just sitting around judging other people.

I believe that for most people, personally liking a fellow player has more of an impact on decision-making than one would predict.

Almost as annoying as the sheep are the people who realize that the person in charge needs to go, but overestimate their influence, and by the time they're ready to make a move, it's way too late. This should be called the Glenn Syndrome :P

Ra's, the main thing I would recommend is making yourself answer each PM as soon as you read it. For me at least, the more often someone replies to me, the more conversations we have, which leads to us getting closer.

Or perhaps if you can't respond to the PMs as soon as they arrive, you try to explain your reasons instead of making people paranoid. ;p

Overall, I agree with you. Even though the end is painfully obvious to us spectators, and doesn't sound really fun with a lot of backstabbing and twists and drama, Starfire should still be awarded for everything she accomplished throughout the game. She basically got everything she wanted, which is quite amusing actually.

A close second would be Mysterio, but I think the last heroes will wait one more vote before making a move, and it will cost them the game. When you like a player, it's hard to get rid of them, and it seems like everyone likes Starfire? It's just too bad most confessionals are empty, we can't really know what people think as the game goes.

Isn't tit for tat the best strategy here?

Yes :P

(Or, at least, it seems to be in the grand scheme with large numbers of bots that are all thinking carefully about the problem. With a much smaller sample, and not everyone necessarily having a strong strategy, it may not be)

Mysterio: Why not is because 90 is the maximum number it can be.
