![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Meet Molly (the mug!) she was the SWEETEST thing at the pound. The vet said she's about 1-2 by her teeth. She practicly climbed in Kates lap in the meeting room! All the others were yappers, and didn't have her personality! ![]() this was her before... LOL they gave her a major clipping to get rid of all the matted hair. She's already been spayed, so they just chipped her (they do that no matter what) She has an apt tomorrow at my vet for her first check up (free with the adoption) she's get a bath and cleaning, as she STINKS!!! and will get her ears cleaned and checked. So there ya go... Meet Molly! |

Is Molly part terrier? She reminds me of a mix of Toto and Benji! Adorable!

LOL! my sis was saying she reminded her of benji! from what we've fiigured out... she's part lasa apso (sp?) hence the underbite, and terrier... as to what type of terrier???? who knows. Theres a dandie terrier that seems to have the same body type, so maybe a mix of that with something else thrown in the mix! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dandie_Dinmont_Terrier I'm back from the vet! she weighs 31 pounds, had a slight fever, and that probably due to the broken tooth in the back!!! SOOOOOO.... she's staying the night (poor baby!) getting her bath and grooming, and having the tooth pulled. I'm picking her up at 4pm tomorrow. Poor thing's probaby wondering why she's back in cage!!! They also said she's more like 3-4 rather than 1-2. But in good general health. We'll know for sure when they do the blood work. |

ok.... sorry no update yesterday I spent the evening in the ER Molly came home fine (well to work, more on that...) her thyroid is a bit low... but that can be stress related, so we'll recheck in a month-ish she was very happy to see me! now, for the fun part... kate had 1/2 day so jason brought her back to work and after i got molly, she was walking her around the office etc... well, its time to go, so i tell kate to take her to the car while i lock up. as i'm walking out, i see molly running like a bat outta hell down the drive way, kate running behind trying to catch her i drop everything and follow in the chase, as jason also follows in his car well i get to the end of the driveway, into the culdesack and my legs give out under me!!! i land on my wrist breaking it!!! jason caught Molly and kate learned a big lesson about the lead!!! its a very bad break and i may need surgury in 10 days!!! ![]() Molly this am getting a belly rub from kate ![]() before cast ![]() after

Good grief Anna! Your wrist does look a bit (ok, a lot) swollen. Can really tell you wear a watch too. I imagine it would be tough typing with one hand, especially being used to using both hands. You need to get one of those voice recognition/dictation programs, so you can talk and it'll type for you. I just downloaded a freebie one to test. Take a look: I am typing this using voice recognition and it seems to be working pretty good . so even with a broken wrist you should be able to type . I am really surprised how well this seems to work . And that's about all I have to say so I'm going to stop . It types it in notepad, so you can just cut and paste the text. Here's the program (if you're interested): http://www.e-speaking.com/free_voice_dictation_software.htm |
