Hey, that looks really cool! I'm just curious though--what type of metal is the chain made of? Most people recommend using only stainless steel or nickel plated hardware around birds because other metals can be toxic. You can buy the metal slip collars (commonly referred to as "choke chains") for dogs at your local petstore. These might be a safer alternative for hanging your gym.

That looks pretty good, Jamie.. As for the type of metal in the chains (or links), as long as it's not zinc (galvanized) or lead, it should be fine. I'm sure it's not lead and it doesn't look like zinc either. So it should be fine. Anna - Is that a hint that you need someone to make you one..

thanks ![]() and about the chain i switched it to plastic chain as i found out that this one was made of brass (alloy of zinc and copper) and is veryyy poisionoussss but its all good now
