I am not what I would consider an "avid" reader but I try to read 2-3 hours a day, and I find myself reading through a fair amount of books per year. Some are entertainment some are thought provoking.

I was just wondering if most of you are in occupations or social circles that allow you to pretty regularly discuss the deeper texts you read? Or is the new normal in our world, finding it difficult to find someone who can have a sustained conversation about Russell or Nietzsche or Kierkegaard or even Nabakov? (Reddit user heytheredude10)
