Our battle system is really easy. This requires no dice, no template or anything. For our battle system, this depends mainly on our powerlevel and stats. Don't get it? Let me give you an example as to how it would work: Player A has a powerlevel of 20,000 with the stats of the following: Toughness: 200 Speed: 400 Durability: 800 Ki: 600 Player B has a powerlevel of 25,000 with the stats of the following: Toughness: 600 Speed: 300 Durability: 600 Ki: 1000 Judging by those stats, you're assuming Player B would win the battle. And you're right! But, that doesn't mean Player B is able to automatically wipe the floors with Player A just like that. Why? We'll, let's go over the stats for an example. Toughness & Endurance: 200 & 800(A) vs 600 & 600(B) With Player B having 600 points on Strength, it's obvious that the second player will make the stronger hits, unlike player A. But, what's this? Player A has 800 points on durability! This means that Player A is luckily able to endure the punches, but since can experience the impact due from the opponent's powerlevel. Sadly for Player A's strength points and Player B's Endurance points, we can say Player A would only be a fly to Player B. But if you take a look at Player B's Ki, it's at 1000! Which means, Player A can be conflicted by Player B's ki attacks. In the end, Player A would be able to survive in a fight with Player B, but Player B would still win because of their powerlevel. But, it would depend on how the writing style/strategy is all set out. Now, this is just an example in case there are two players that have their powerlevels close to each other but somewhat consecutive stats. Of course the one with a larger powerlevel would win despite the stats which is how it might go through most DBZ roleplays. But, battles are all about strategy and based on how your stats are set up and the quality of how you play out your character in battle, just to be fair. And don't be all OP just because the enemy's powerlevel is stronger, but some of their stat points are lower than yours. Be reasonable based on the stats! The rewards of winning a battle includes stat points. To perform battles, they're exactly like a normal roleplay. You know.. only with the punching, the kicking, the energy blasts, stuff like that.
