Energy attacks do damage by adding the number of Ki you used plus the amount of damage your regular ki blasts do.

| | Atomic Blast | | | By raising two fingers, the user of this attack can shoot a beam that is like a bullet and it goes through their opponents body.
| | Big Tree Cannon | | | A weaker version of the Final Flash, the user extends arms out to the side and orbs of energy begin to build. The user then brings his arms together and fires off an energy beam from his two extended index fingers.
| | Explosive Demon Wave | | | The user points their palm at their target and braces their arm with their other hand. A blast of energy is unleashed at the opponent.
| | Freezer Beam | | | A beam powered up over the head then fired. It causes stun[1]. May be used once per battle.
| | Ion Beam | | | This is a very powerful beam of ki shot from 1 or 2 hands that will explode upon impact.
| | Kamehameha | | | A Ki Beam, which to start is charged up in cupped hands, then brought forward to release a large beam of energy.
| | Masenko | | | The user powers up a blast over your head with both of your hands, one palm behind the other, then you bring your hands down in front of you and fire a beam of energy.
| | Rapid Ion Beam | | | Same as Ion Beam but several shot rapidly while running around. Must know Ion Beam to learn. Once you know this attack, Ion Beam will no lonver take up a technique slot.
| | Super Kamehameha | | | An even more powerful form of the Kamehameha. So much ki is used that energy beams emit from between the fingers as it is charged. Must know Kamehameha to learn. Once you learn Super Kamehameha, regular Kamehameha will no longer take up a technique slot.
| | Big Bang Attack | | | A huge ki ball of incredible destructive power. The person holds one flat palm forward towards his enemy and launches the blast.
| | Burning Attack | | | After performing several arm movements the user extends his arms in front of himself with palms out and fingers pointed up, index and thumbs touching, then releases a powerful gold blast.
| | Crusher Ball | | | A ki-ball that is produced from the palm of the hand after several seconds of charging.
| | Heat Dome Blaster | | | The user throws both hands upward and a dome of ki surrounds him. When fired, an extremely powerful blast is shot upward out of the dome toward an enemy that is flying above.
| | Fusion Ball | | | The user powers up two orbs of ki. One blue, one green. He then combines them to make a giant red ball then he hurls it at his opponent.
| | Scatter Shot | | | The user rapidly fires multiple blasts making them easily dodgable on purpose. As the opponent unsuspectingly dodges each attack they gather around him in the air. Finally, while guiding them with your hands, you draw them all into him and explode on him at the same time. Due to its tricky nature, this move is very hard to dodge
| | Spirit Ball | | | Resembles a spirit bomb but is gathered using your own ki. The user gathers the energy for the attack in a ball, in one hand, and grips his wrist with the other. The attack is then hurled like a ball at the opponent, and can be made to home in on the opponent using the direction of two fingers.
| | Deca Form | | | You split into another of yourself. Each form has 1/2 of your stats. This move can be used to do partner training with yourself. Split your actions between both forms. This lats till the end of the battle or can be recalled anytime.
| | Hyper Tornado Attack | | | You spin around quickly that creates a tornado. The tornado seeks out your opponent then traps him for 3 actions while dealing damage to him as well.
| | Galatica Donut | | | A ring of ki energy that can be used to surround the enemy and trap him by holding his limbs with the donuts. Traps opponent for 3 actions or if broken. If the target's strength exceeds users by at least 50%, it will only trap them for 1 action

| Description
| | Barrier | | This purely defensive technique forms a spherical Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from weaker ki attacks. Tier one charged or uncharged attacks do no damage or status effects. Regular Ki blast are also negated but do no count towards the amount of attacks made against you. Lasts for 3 Ki attacks made against you.
| | Body Shield | | The defensive technique causes a semi-translucent energy barrier to appear over your whole body just inches from your skin. This shield causes physical attacks to do no damage or cause status effects in any way. Last for 5 physical attacks against you.
| | Flames of Hell | | This technique causes flames to engulf the warriors body for a brief moment before the flames die down and appear only around the users fists and feet. For the remainder of the turn and the next 2 turns any physical attack that hits or is blocked by the opponent, as well as any physical attack that you block causes burn[1] against the opponent.
| | Kaio-Ken | | By saying "Kaio-Ken" this technique causes a dark read almost flame like aura to appear around the user. When this technique is activated the user's speed and strength are increased by 20 each for the next 3 turns. This effect can be multiplied by any number up to 5 by saying "Kaio-Ken X (1-5)". By multipying the number you much also multiply the energy cost. To learn each level of the technique it costs an additional 5 IP.
| | Wolf Fang Fist | | By moving your hands super fast you gain additional attack as well as more damage with your physical attacks only. Somewhere off in the distance the howl is heard from a wolf. You Gain one additional action per turn for the next 3 turns (can go over the max number of actions). This action must be used to make a physical attack and cannot be blocked or dodged unless the opponent has the same or more amount of actions per turn. Your physical attacks also do 2 more damage than normal.
| | Full Power | | This technique causes an aura of color based on a warriors personality, It causes an increase in all stats by 1IP point per 1000 PL of the warrior for the next 5 Turns. So if the warrior has a power level of 3000 then the warrior's HP, SPD, and STR will go up by 30 each and the warrior's DEF will go up by 3. This technique's Ki cost is based on how much is added to the character. -(Requires PL of 1000 or more)
| | | This technique causes a warrior to increase his power when it comes to ki blasts. For the next 2 turns all of the warrior's regular Ki attacks take half of the normal Ki to use (rounded down) as well as do an extra 2 damage per Ki blast.
| | Energy Charger | 10,20,30 | This technique causes the warrior to charge up his Ki a lot to do massive damage with his next few techniques. When this attack is used a base (10 Ki, 20 Ki, or 30 Ki) amount of energy is spent so that the warrior's next 3 techniques gain massive damage without being charged techniques. Therefor if the warrior spent 20 Ki when using this ability then the warrior has 20 damage more to disperse in any way among his or her next 3 techniques. -(This technique takes 3 actions rather than 2)
| | Energy Absorber | | This technique creates barrier around the user that absorbs the next Ki based technique that would normally hit the user and adds the energy from that technique into your Ki. -Can be used but will not com into effect when the warrior has mx Ki -(cannot go over maximum Ki)

| | Deflect | 3 IP | 3 Ki | Can use your physical attack to deflect a regular Ki blast causing it to have no effect as if you blocked or dodged the attack. This does not take any actions and can only be done 3 times per battle.
| | Flight | 1 IP | 0 Ki | The ability of a warrior to use their Ki to fly.
| | Ki Suppression | 4 IP | - Ki | The ability to lower ones power level so that you do not seem as much of a threat or so that you can hide much easier.
| | Ki Sense | 4 IP | - Ki | The ability to sense other warriors Ki so that you know when someone is coming or how much of a threat they are. With this ability a warrior can read someone's power level without a scouter.
| | Heal | 10 IP | 10-100 Ki | This is the ability for a warrior to heal someone else in battle. It can only be used to heal others. The amount healed is based on the amount of Ki used for the technique. Every 2 point of Ki used for the technique heals 1 point of HP, there fore if a warrior spends 100 Ki on the technique then they can heal one other warrior for 50HP. -(10 Ki minimum, 100 Ki maximum)
| | Regeneration | 5 IP | 15 Ki | The ability to regrow limbs or body parts that have been cut off during battle. This takes 2 actions. -(Usable by Namekians, Cell, and Buu only)
| | Kiai | 4 IP | 5 Ki | This ability is used to completely block on technique. It is used by yelling really loud to disperse one ki blast attack and make it as if it completely missed you. This technique can block any Tier 1 technique or any Tier 2 uncharged Technique.
| | Instant Transmission | 8 IP | 20 Ki | This technique is used to instantly transport to a known Ki signature. It can be used to instantly travel to a planet which you have already visited or a friend's position. This technique can also be used to make one tier one or tier two attack unavoidable (the opponent can only block it) OR it can be used to dodge one attack (ultimate techniques cannot be avoided with this technique. -(Only useable once per battle).
| | Moonshine Blast | 4 IP | 10 Ki | Create an artificial moon out of your Ki. This is thrown into the air and takes the place of a moon if the planet does not have one or the moon is not out yet.
| | Leadership | 6 IP | - Ki | This is the leadership capabilities of a warrior. With out this ability then a warrior cannot start a faction or gain henchmen. Evil characters usually rule with threats and fear. Good characters usually rule with hope and love.
| | Telepathy | 3 IP | - Ki | The ability to to read someone's thoughts. The user must have a willing participant.
| | Telekinesis | 5 IP | 2 Ki | The ability to move objects without touching them.
| | Mystic Attack | 1 IP | - Ki | The ability of a namekian to stretch their limbs so that they can hit at a longer range. This technique can be used to attacking flying opponents when not in flight. -(Namekians only)
| | Energy Absorption | 8 IP | - Ki | The ability to absorb energy from the bodies or blasts of opponents through special holes built into the hands of androids. When an android blocks a tier 1 or 2 technique the android can use this ability to absorb the amount of Ki that the attack used and add it to their own Ki. The attack still deals the normal damage it would to a blocking opponent. -(Cannot be used to absorb an ultimate, can only be used by androids)
| | Clone | 10 IP | 20 Ki | This technique can only be used by Cell once he achieves his perfect form. It is used to create a Cell Jr. This miniature Cell has half or Cell's stats as well as all of his Special and Tier 1 techniques. It also has ONE of Cell's Tier 2 techniques. This Cell Junior lasts until the end of the battle.
| | Absorption | 6 IP | - Ki | A move used by Cell and Buu to absorb an opponent after defeating them in battle. It kills the opponent and will absorb 10% of the victims stats/power level. Cell may not use this technique if he has achieved his Perfect Form.
| | Fusion (Namekian) | 4 IP | - Ki | This is the ability for two Namekians to fuse together to forum one single being. This technique adds both of the warriors stats together to get the new warrior's stats. One of the warriors is prominent and because the base while the other melds into the first's consciousness. The new fused warrior has the techniques of the prominent warrior. This fusion is permanent and because the non-prominent warrior does not die then they are gone forever. -(this is a permanent fusion)
| | Fusion (Dance) | 6 IP | - Ki | This is the ability for two warriors of the same race with similar Power Levels to fuse together to forum one single being. This technique adds both of the warriors stats together to get the new warrior's stats. This fusion only lasts for the duration of the battle.
