The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is the wealthiest borough in England. It contains a substantial number of city center facilities such as major museums and universities, department stores like Harrods, Peter Jones and Harvey Nichols. It is home to the Notting Hill Carnival, Europe's largest carnival. It also contains many of the most exclusive residential districts in London, which are also some of the most expensive in the world.

The City of London is a small area within Greater London. It is the historic core of London around which the modern conurbation grew and has held city status since time immemorial. The City’s boundaries have remained almost unchanged since the Middle Ages, and it is now only a tiny part of the metropolis of London.
The City is today a major business and financial centre, ranking on a par with New York City as the leading centre of global finance throughout the 19th century, the City served as the world's primary business centre, and continues to be a major meeting point for businesses to this day.
