Emerson had given him a phone number, where he should call, to present himself to the Prince. So two days after he arrived at Big Watsons place, made himself a little comfortable in the barn beside the mechanics shop and inspected the bike Big had bought on his behalf, he pulled out his new smartphone and dialed the number. Always the same procedure, but you never know, what will happen, if he remembered right, Emerson said, it's a rather young Ventrue Prince. Ventrue... Wiping away the thoughts to Focus on what will come. |

Prince Blucher's Dinner (still not quite house trained)

"Hello, Blythe House," a reserved, young man's voice answered the call from unfamiliar number. What will it be this time, Jhael wondered with his eyes glued to Suicide Club muted on his laptop. A woman pushed her chef's knife through skin of fingers, bone, then the tempeh covered in blood. While waiting on the stranger to state his name and business, he rewound to watch the scene again. |

Good evening, this is Leo Fleming calling, I received this number from a friend in New York, to arrange my presentation to the person in charge to request hospitality in London. Talking with his deep velvet voice, with an american and something-else accent, avoiding any revealing words as long he didn't know exactly to whom he was speaking. After he finished the rehearsed sentece, he waited, what the answer would be. He hoped Emerson hadn't failed with this number, or his life would become more complicated until he found the right one. "Of course. Welcome to London, Mr. Flemming. I'll need a mailing address or e-mail and I will send you the forms and schedule your appointment with Mr. Blucher." Rote secretary speech while he rewound the scene to watch it again. The man's voice sounded pleasant. New York, huh? He wondered if Caston knew him. "May I ask who your boss is or do you need help finding him or her?" Rewind, repeat. Muted, it was bearable without the wet sound of sliced flesh but the sight still tensed him enough to make him want to look away. |

Leo spelled him his e-mail address, he liked this way of communication lots more than snail mail. My informations about my boss is only her name, Miss Rivers, no address or number with it, so yes, i would appreciate your help, contacting her. So far, it would give enough information to the man on the other end of the wire, probably a ghoul of Prince Blucher. |

"Oooooh..." His script routine broke at the mention of Primogen Rivers. An awkward silence followed as he stared at blood splattering on his screen and tried to figure out what to say. "Ms. Rivers. Yes." So helpful. "Uh, well, Mr. Fleming. I'm sorry, I don't have much to give you on Ms. Rivers. I know she likes to hang around Richmond... when she's awake." The way his tone lowered flat at the end hinted that such an occasion was quite rare. "If you can't find her, Mr. Blucher is well aware of her situation and will understand, I'm sure," he assured as he paused the finger slicing action to open his email tab and form .pdfs. |

Richmond... okay then. Nothing better than sneaking around to search an old Gangrel, isn't it. Well, thank you for this information. So I wait for your e-mail, or is there anything else, I should be aware of? He spoke calmly, waiting for further instructions or a good bye. |

Send. "You should be getting it soon. Check your spam folder. Now, um... I know this list I sent looks a bit strict. You might have seen on the news, London's been hit by some crazy last year and... hey, well if you're from New York, you know how it goes from there," he explained into the phone with a faint smirk. The receptionist voice slipped, sounding like a cynical teenage American now until he cleared his throat. "Sir." From a disposable e-mail account that would be deleted after a single use (y59156@rmqkr.net), Mr. Fleming would receive the following attached .pdfs from a subject titled simply story draft plz review.

Leo heard the sign for an incoming E-Mail. Got it, thank you. I've no problems with the Princes rules, i'll keep an eye on it. He raised an eyebrow, when he heard this slight change in the ghouls voice, yeah right... Ventrue... Oh, by the way, can you give me a hint, where to find the... communities meeting point? How the hell should he describe Elysium? Edited by Leo Fleming, Monday, 2. June 2014, 21:57.

"The Muse!" he exclaimed. "I'm sorry, I should have mentioned it before. "Downstairs at the Muse in Soho. It's run my Ms. Leo Mancini, a wonderful woman. Look for her assistant, he's a real cutie-" He cleared his throat, then quickly moved past that unprofessional slip. "Nice looking young lad, bit darker skinned, goes by Dove. That's her assistant and he should be able to show you around the place. I could even let him know in advance to watch for someone new in town." After a brief pause, he lowered his voice. "I should warn you that a recent visitor was very rude to her and it didn't end well," he understated. "She can be a bit prickly if someone forgets their manners, but I'm sure you'll be fine, Mr. Fleming." Maybe not sure, but the Brujah in question who got his arm stuck in the Keeper's teeth couldn't even mind his manners for making his appointment, unlike the one he was talking to. |

Muse... Soho... downstairs.. Leo Mancini.. he slightly frowned, when the ghoul mentioned the „cutie“, what the hell did he think? Dove... Okay, i noted this, would be nice, if you could do the announcement... He frowned even more, when the speaker on the other side gave out his „warning“, what do you think, who you are talking to, stupid? I think, i will be able to behave, thank you and thank you for your time. The young man on the other side of the phone might have noticed a certain kind of steel under the velvet of the Gangrels voice, when he replied. Leo only waited for the good bye now, then would hang up, if the ghoul wouldn't say anymore than that |

"I will do that, sir. Have a good night." He let out a breath after he hung up. An edge that cut through in that one's voice made the hair on this arms rise. He would be more perplexed why and what the problem was if he wasn't already aware that people who call at this time of night aren't really people in the usual sense. He could chalk it up to that. Without turning the volume up, he went back to that clip of the movie. He hoped someday to be bored to watch it. With the volume on. |
