Franca nodded pensively. After a few second she said: "Are we talking about what may be discussed at my presentation and the potential issues that might arise, or about my own thoughts on the Camarilla and the Anarchs? "Because if it's the former my record is clean. We don't have to worry about scandals at my presentation, this is what I mean. "If it's the latter... I think I've already mentioned I understand where the Anarchs come from, I don't despise them or consider them a threat per se. Actually, I hope I'll never have them as enemies, for this very reason, and as I said, cooperating with them against the Sabbat is fine for me. The Camarilla is a means to an end - a very useful means, as long as we have the Sabbat around, as you mentioned, and as long as we need some kind of structure to preserve civilization - but it's not the Ultimate Sacred Perfection that nobody should even criticize". She hoped she had clarified some nuances. She nodded again as he talked about political games: yes, it was forced upon many others, but as expected the most adept players were those who seemed to enjoy it as well. She listened carefully to what he said about clans, although it wasn't anything unexpected. She was a little surprised not all clans had a Primogen, although it wasn't so uncommon, especially among the Malkavians. Some Princes hadn't allowed them a seat, sometimes, but she wasn't so interested in the specifics, not at the moment. "Who holds the other charges? - she asked instead - I assume the Sheriff would be involved in the mission against the Sabbat, am I wrong?". |

George nodded and gave Franca an apologetic smile. "At the moment we do talk about the former, my apologies... I seem to have forgotten that for a moment. I do, as I perhaps already said, appreciate your openness and I understand your point, not to say I actually share your view... But I think that is not the point for now, as we're discussing things in general, right ?" On the topic of the Sheriff taking part in the operation, he shrugged and sighed as if to say, it was a complicated matter. "The deputy sheriffs, which we have two of, but no sheriff to speak of unfortunately, are bound by a number of other duties, most likely paperwork in Blythe House, so I'd be surprised if they were able to join us..." Thinking about the other offices for a bit, he seemed to have to recall each one, then he spoke. "As far as I know, we have two Deputy sheriffs, one a Nos and the other a Malk, the Keeper is Torrie, but she has a bit of a temperament like us, the Head Harpy is of hut and mob and the scourge is a Malk as well... Oh, and I almost forgot Mr. Henderson who is also Seneschal..." |

Her eyes popped a bit when he mentioned the Sheriffs being too busy with paperwork to help against the Sabbat. It spoke for itself, though, so Franca didn't see the point of commenting. "Mr. Henderson? I must have missed his clan, I am not sure if you mentioned earlier... Also, may I know those other officers' names? Just so that I am not taken aback if I hear them..." "But talking about our clan, how many are we in London? By now I know about you and Mr... Keller - and here she took a look at the card - is there someone else?" Edited by Franca, Friday, 25. Once again George smile apologetically. Maybe he had hoped she got the name by now, but then she didn't have her presentation yet. "He is the Nos Primogen when he isn't doing Seneschal things... While I wouldn't call him a bad guy, he's not one I'd trust my life with easily..." After a short thought about the matter he gave her the desired names. "Well, the deputies are Ms. Marlow and Mr. Flint, Ms. Mancini is Keeper, Ms. Wilke head vulture and Ms. Watts is Scourge..." Upon the question of the number of clan members around he thought hard for a while, counting with his fingers and looking at the table with a grimace of concentration. After a bit the grimace faded and he looked at her smiling. "Well, we aren't many as well here... We have you, me, Max, Roussol is still around I think but anyone hardly gets to see him... So all in all we're four, perhaps five, if I forgot one..." |

If you need a preterition not to call the Seneschal evil, I should rather be careful around him. She chuckled when he called the Harpy a vulture. Whether it was intentional or not, the term seemed to fit most of the times. She mentally noted all the other information and thought what else she needed to know. "I think I haven't already asked if there is an Elysium - I guess there must be one though. Earlier you mentioned a place called the... Muse? Do I remember correctly? You said it was a neutral zone, is it maybe there? And, since we are at it, are there regular meeting or events?" "I don't have many other questions, not that I can think of at the moment. But if there is something you want to ask me, or something else I should know about London, please go ahead". |

George thought. Wasn't there that other thing, the Darkly Decadent ? That at least had the status years ago, if he was correct... Francas chuckle interrupted his thoughts and a smile appeared on his face. Then he spoke. "Actually there are two, I think... There is the Muse which serves as main Elysium indeed with neutral ground and everything and there might be the Darkly Decadent in Hounslow, if it hasn't got the status revoked, but it has never been used for major things as far as I know... Besides it might look a bit shabby..." On the topic of meetings and events he had to think a while, then he shook his head. "As far as I know there aren't any regular things, no. Generally they are only happening when someone feels the need to call one." Were there any things she absolutely needed to know ? Or questions demanding immediate answers ? No, not really and not at this moment, though she'd be welcome to come again for answers and questions... "I can't think of anything and I'd hate to steal more of your night today... You're welcome to come to me, when you have questions or problems, if you want to, of course..." Smiling he got up and extended his hand for her to shake. "It has been a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Franca." |
