The Kindred Chronicle
Key Figures
THE MONSTER OF EALING
Last night, several people reported the sighting of a "screaming red monster" in a quiet neighbourhood of Ealing. After a power shortage in the area, a building caught fire. It was then when, what was described as a "man shaped, footless creature" emerged from the flames, leaping, running, and screaming. One woman has told our reporters that the man had "teeth like a wolf, and the face of the devil". Police officers are still trying to get to the bottom of this; neither the power shortage nor the fire have still been explained. A spokesperson from Scotland Yard has stated that the "so called monster" might be a wounded person, escaping the fire.

TRAGEDY IN TOOLEY STREET
The police has found the bodies of three TFL workers in the construction site at Tooley Street. One of their colleagues raised the alarms last week, when the three workers didn't attend their shifts. The bodies of the men have been found in a deep hole, uncovered by the refurbishment works that are taking place in the area. According to the Police, the bodies were horribly mutilated, which has led to the wildest speculations. The names of the three workers are being kept anonymous, following the wishes of their families.

HOROSCOPE
MARCH 8 - PISCES
You are used to making sacrifices, to prioritising the happiness of others before yours. Even though that is a noble attitude, there are times in life where the only healthy alternative is to embrace your own selfishness and allow yourself some enjoyment. Reserve one hour per day to do something you really like. Treat yourself! Your colour for this month is blue.
Echoes from the past ring back into London. Their intensity increases until they are deafening. What once was a faded memory of a glorious time, now becomes a shocking reality. The consequences of actions taken decades ago ripple into the present, altering the lives of everybody in the City. Unguided and blind, Kindred wander around, trying to make profit out of the reigning chaos.

The appearance of four mysterious figures turned the city upside down. Mistrust and jealousy became the official currency of London. Serpents and fiends rise to power, misdirecting the blaming eyes of the Camarilla towards imaginary enemies. Only those with clear vision and the ability to trust each other strive, while the rest run towards a shallow grave.

Primo looked at his watch as he hung up the phone to the cab company, he didn't like being in a place he didn't know by himself. He blinked a bit as the ginger cat came over and Nuzzled his legs in that strange ways cats did. "Are you bipolar little kitty? One minute you are hissing and clawing at me now you are rubbing against me?" He asked it rethoricaly.

After a moment he noticed it was trying to nudge him toward the stairs and followed along with it curiously when the bag lady spoke to him. He looked the woman over cautiously, what was she playing at? Why did she want him to follow the cat? With Wolfgang's departure his paranoia was kicking into high gear.

It took his a few moments to decide and finely he nodded to the knitting woman. "Alright...let me know when my cab arrives." He said to her and offered her one of his most charming smiles. He then quickly followed the retreating cat up the stair and blinked a bit a what he saw.

She looked like a young girl barely out of her flowering stage with soft curves of budding womanhood but her eyes Primo noted held nearly primal savagery to them. The Sicilian man leaned on the Bannister not getting to close to her and smiled softly. "Say..you didn't happen to see kitty cat go by did you? I was told it wanted word with me." He quiped wearily. He had heard some kindred could shape shift and he figured this to be one of them.

The man was dangerous. That she had figured out already and not just because of his Giovanni but also by the way he spoke and had handled Oliver. Everything about him screamed danger and caused warning bells to ring in her head. Though she had to admit he looked damn good. Probably to make it harder to concentrate on the menace in what he said and did. Perfect predator in that way.

"Sit down mister Giovanni... without kicking me in the ribs this time."

Her eyes never left him while whe pouted and rubbed her side where he had accidentally kicked her when she had been under the table. Every movement he made. The way his lips moved when he spoke. His casual demeanour that he tried to portray. Leslie kept it all in her view. Her nose wriggled a little as she tried to search for his scent. Luckily everything in the club was already so familiar that she quickly found him in the sea of smells. For a few seconds she closed her eyes and tried to save his mental picture and his smell to her mind.

When she regarded him again with her chocolate brown gaze she seemed a bit more at ease. Her smile was soft and kind and she gestured to the armchair next to her. The two chairs stood side by side but still a bit away from each other as only the front corners touched each other so the people sitting in them could have a comfortable conversation without having to look to the side constantly.

"Seems we have a mutual interest. Let's first introduce properly. I'm Leslie, the local kitty cat." she said with a grin and a nod.

Primo continued to lean on the banister as Leslie spoke and gave her a charming smile and a courtly little bow. "Oh I do apologize for kicking you little Kitty Cat. I had no idea you were slinking under our table and eves dropping." He said with a laugh.

Primo kicked off the railing and moved to the offered chair watching her as she watched him. She had the manner of a predator and the looks of a Lolita..men problem died by the score to her fangs. He had to admit it was very inticeing. He wonders what she was doing as wiggled her cute little nose and closed her eyes.

He took his seat and raised an eyebrow as she mentioned a common interest. What is that he wondered? He smiled once more as she spoke her name, "And what a fine kitty you are Leslie." He said sweetly to her. His voice was playful and the smile did make his eyes glisten a little. "My name is Primo, a pleasure to meet you. " he stated and leaned back on the chair looking her over. "So what might that common interest be my dear?"

Now if she hadn't heard the way he had been playing with Oliver she might have been charmed by him. And to be honest she was charmed but she held it in the back of her mind that he was dangerous and a ghost guy. "Your slithering tongue can accuse me all you want but you are on independent grounds and I take care of those who enter here. So yes I was eaves dropping and I won't apologise for it." she smiled to be polite but her eyes were hinting at the distrust she was feeling as she was slightly narrowing them.

Primo Giovanni. A man that held poise between danger and wit and combined with good looks and charming manners. "The young man you were talking with is a friend of mine and what I heard was to my disliking. You better not mess with him my dear Primo." she used the word a bit more denigrating way. It was obvious she was careful and it wasn't much like her that to hold back her brightness.

"What games are you playing?" her index finger was circling on the side arm of the chair. While she sat confident she had also a vibe around her of a cat that was watching a ball of yarn before she was going to pounce at it.

Primo rested in the chair as he listened to the small gangrel admit to eves dropping and being unapologetic about it. He couldn't help but grin at that, little girl knows the Jyhad better than Wolfgang that much was obvious. "We're all independents here little Leslie, I'd never ask you to say sorry over being cautious." He said with a smirk. If they had been discussing something dangerous and she had over heard...things would have been much diffrent. On the other hand.

He tilted his head as she dared to threaten him and his eyes narrowed slightly as he looked the girl over. He could recall that the Gangrel were dangerous as all hell and they could form claws on their hands, in fighting would be a bad idea. However he wouldn't let some runt of a woman push him around either "One should be careful when threatening a Giovanni little kitty cat. If you mess with one of us you mess with all." He said to her in a casual way.

He stood from the chair and moved from her side to make sure there was distance between them in case the beast decided to strike. He looked back at her and crossed his arms over his board chest wondering how many of the people here would be standing against him, the bag lady for certain was one.

"As for the games, why they are the same we all play night after night. The games of the Jyhad..isn't that what you people like to call them? I on the other hand call it business and Oliver and I conducted some nothing more. I don't know which part has you threatening me but know this mouse claws back." He said to her cooly.

Leslie sat with fear. She had to admit that. Her words were bigger than her bravery but she could not let weird political games take this club over and let it fall under a bad label for the Camarilla. She liked the fact there was an independent place in Anarch land. There was no judgment here whethe you were Cape or Rebel, one was welcome here as long as it was in peace. However he spoke to her as if she was lesser. He gave her a feeling that she was merely a little kitty cat and while she acted like that she was much more. It gave her a boost to keep this up and lure him back in once he stood back up.

The Gangrel would tackle the last part he had said first. "I don't give it a name. Each fight for what they want but in the end we mostly fight for what is inside of us and what we care for. Jyhad? It is out there but then again... at times it isn't. I am not blind for the details in the bigger picture." she rose to her feet and smiled.

"You are no mouse. I am not that stupid." she said with a giggle. "I am not threatening you. I am merely making sure you know what is what. I hold no anger towards you and your family. I want you to know that when it does go wrong I won't hesitate to stand by those who need me."

With slow, near rehearsed steps she moved closer to him. She had no hesitant demeanour and walked with grace. Once close enough she raised a hand. Slow as well so not to cause any fight reaction from Primo. If he allowed it her hand found rest on his crossed arms. "Oh don't be like this. Sit back down." she said determined with a wave of her hand towards the armchair he sat in only moments ago. "I rather have you and your family as a friend instead of a foe. Good rules make great friends, don't you think?" her big eyes staring sweetly in his while she purred ever so silently.
