Woods, south of Carew Manor, Beddington Park Sutton, London A cold, breezy, cloudy night. Robyne didn't like it one bit. The Scout Mistress of Girl Scout Troop 484 from St. Dunstan's Church wanted to lead a camping trip in the heart of Beddington Park. This time of year, the weather was just downright nasty, cold, raw, and miserable. Yet the allure of the Emergency Preparedness, First-Aid, and Camping proficiency badges was too great, apparently. The Troop really wanted to rough it out and prove they could be just as tough and rugged as any Boy Scout troop. In fact, it was something of a dare or challenge they were undertaking. It was admirable what the girls wanted to do, but also very dangerous. The weather would not be cooperative according to Heather with the Weather. That, and Beddington Park was home to the Gangrel and also possibly home and stomping grounds to werewolves. Though they didn't meet often, Robyne knew that it was a distinct possibility that on any given night, someone from clan Gangrel might be feeding or roaming somewhere in Beddington Park. It was a good secluded place for meetings and gatherings too. Girl Scouts and Gangrel were not a good mix... generally speaking. But here's where things get interesting. Robyne was a Girl Scout. And once a Girl Scout, always a Girl Scout. It was in the handbook. She couldn't let anything happen to these Girl Scouts. At the same time, she had to protect the Gangrel turf from being discovered or intruded upon. Robyne would have to watch over the Girl Scouts and somehow keep her fellow Gangrel from getting too interested in their young visitors. And if Hungry Gangrel weren't the only problem, the woods themselves presented some dangers as well. And the threat of lupine was always the icing on the cake. Loaded with her own gear, Robyne sniffed out and followed the signs and soon found their campsite. There was a big roaring campfire and a circle of tents. Girls were gathered around the fire with musical instruments-- an acoustic guitar, some sort of Djembe drum, an accordion, and a recorder. Looked like they were up to sing some camp songs or make an obnoxious racket. Hunched down low among the bushes and shrubs, Robyne watched from a safe distance and kept an eye on the group and their surroundings.
