Key Figures
THE MONSTER OF EALING
Last night, several people reported the sighting of a "screaming red monster" in a quiet neighbourhood of Ealing. After a power shortage in the area, a building caught fire. It was then when, what was described as a "man shaped, footless creature" emerged from the flames, leaping, running, and screaming. One woman has told our reporters that the man had "teeth like a wolf, and the face of the devil". Police officers are still trying to get to the bottom of this; neither the power shortage nor the fire have still been explained. A spokesperson from Scotland Yard has stated that the "so called monster" might be a wounded person, escaping the fire.

TRAGEDY IN TOOLEY STREET
The police has found the bodies of three TFL workers in the construction site at Tooley Street. One of their colleagues raised the alarms last week, when the three workers didn't attend their shifts. The bodies of the men have been found in a deep hole, uncovered by the refurbishment works that are taking place in the area. According to the Police, the bodies were horribly mutilated, which has led to the wildest speculations. The names of the three workers are being kept anonymous, following the wishes of their families.

HOROSCOPE
MARCH 8 - PISCES
You are used to making sacrifices, to prioritising the happiness of others before yours. Even though that is a noble attitude, there are times in life where the only healthy alternative is to embrace your own selfishness and allow yourself some enjoyment. Reserve one hour per day to do something you really like. Treat yourself! Your colour for this month is blue.
Echoes from the past ring back into London. Their intensity increases until they are deafening. What once was a faded memory of a glorious time, now becomes a shocking reality. The consequences of actions taken decades ago ripple into the present, altering the lives of everybody in the City. Unguided and blind, Kindred wander around, trying to make profit out of the reigning chaos.

The appearance of four mysterious figures turned the city upside down. Mistrust and jealousy became the official currency of London. Serpents and fiends rise to power, misdirecting the blaming eyes of the Camarilla towards imaginary enemies. Only those with clear vision and the ability to trust each other strive, while the rest run towards a shallow grave.

You find yourself in London on a dreary, foggy night like any other. But what lurks in the shadows is the stuff of fantasies and nightmares, far from mortal reality.

This game uses the cursed and immortal vampiric condition as a backdrop to explore themes of morality, depravity, the human condition, salvation, and personal horror. We are a writing and roleplaying community dedicated to telling complex and engaging stories.

Your fate is your own. Mingle among the ivory-tower elite in the Camarilla, join the fight of the discontented and chaotic Anarch rabble, or set out independently and attempt to survive in London's nighttime underworld. Anything is possible in our World of Darkness.

"Brick by brick by brick
These walls begin to cave in
The house of wolves you built
Whispers in a thousand tongues."

~BGM~

Deep into the undergrounds of Enfield, where not even the rats dare to enter, lays a place long forgotten. A place somewhere in the outskirst of the northest London, hidden amidst the remaining bricks of what once stood as a two stories house. It is not an important place, neither was in the past, for there is nothing in the rubbles or the arquitecture of the stark walls that could speak of history. It is so unattractive, so annoyingly common, that it wasn't even worth of being home, permanent or temporal, for the twisted lines of God in London.

But those little things, or the lack of them, were what made this place special for one night. Hidden under piles of rubble and dust, an abyss looked directly at the eyes of the hypothetical observer. If one would actually bring some light to the mouth of the secret hole, one would reveal the abyss as a really shallow one, less than a 2 ft jump. And if one would gather enough courage to enter the little abyss, a spiral staircase, old and rusted, would surprise him almost invisible in the last corner of the small room guarding the secrets below if only by making possible daredevils ponder the amount of risk taken trusting the staircase for something probably as little interesting as the house itself.

But then, if one would dare to set forth on the risky descent one would discover two silouettes, a man and a woman, lighted only by the flickering fire of a zippo set between them two. Two kindred that could, or could not, hold the destiny of a part of the city in their immortal hands. In any case, that very night, the wolves started whispering.

"This is the last time I frenzy and get staked for the sake of some little bitch getting butthurt by your condescending fuckeries. You let me do the talking now."

"Hey now, people would get butthurt anyways, they would get mad at what you say too if you don't enter the popularity contest through proper channels. You know it's like highschool in the TV. It's not what you say, it's who you know and how having a new kid on class can ruin their place in the status quo."

Jack explained with wide eyes and a half fascinated, half joking expression on his face and tone. He was dressed as usual, wearing the exact same things he had been wearing during the assembly, except that at his back hanged a big backpack with some large rolled foliated papers coming up from it. The door was noisy enough for them to hear it whenever it was opened, but not loud enough to be heard farther away from there they were. one could not even open it in the slightest without making noise. He liked that.

"But that's the way it's always been. The "proper" way would've been just staying there and doing nothing but drinking beers and talking on the corner of a street about freedom and if billy is dating tiffany until something happened and then doing it. But fuck that I say, I ain't gonna wait shit to start moving. And that something is gonna happen soon enough anyways, it always does, it always did. People just forget about the last time it did, until it happens again, and then they forget again. The thing is one or more will try to put the blame on us, the ones who resent us the most. You know "Things were fine until those came along, then X thing happened"

But they ain't gonna listen Tory, I don't know why would you waste your time with them."

That said he opened the bag and started to unfold the large papers on the even larger table, placing weights to keep the things opened. Once done, he started to take the tools for the job out as they waited for the rest to arrive

"So I heard this is the new club for people who want to get shit done." a voice emerged from the darkness.

The unfamiliar vampire moved forward, apparently having been leaning against one of the dilapidated walls in a corner all this time. She was wearing the same clothes as during the "assembly" making her easy to at least recognize. As she awaited for an answer, she used the power of the Blood to scan the room for any other beings that would be hidden under the veil of obfuscation or for any out-of-place critter like could be controlled by those keen with animals. She gave particular attention to the sole door of the room, the old hinges were rusted and the floorboards creaky with age, making it rather impossible for anyone without great experience in stealth to have a chance at eavesdropping.

"There doesn't seem to be anyone trying to hide or tail us right now except one of the kids from earlier, but I'm not all that old so I can never be totally sure."

"Well, you can't deny you could have been a bit" she raised her hand to her eyes, putting her thumb and index finger really close to each other and blinking with her right eye. "less enthusiastic."

She circled the big table -it had been a real surprise to come across such a convenient furniture in that worn out house-, and helped Jack arrange the papers all over it without reaching the opened zippo.

"Not only they act like high school teenagers, but they too seem to be skipping their Ethics class, with all that "uh you're gonna kill us" shit. Everyone in this city cries the same." she touched the little pockets of her jacket, looking for something. "It's not my fucking problem if their Prince has a hard time unraveling the basic concepts of ethics. Is "personal responsability" so goddamn difficult to understand?"

A shadow emerged from one of the corners, making the woman body tense by reflex, until she recognised one of the kindred of the previous assembly.

Dylan followed the trio, he kept a safe distance but was certainly not trying to be inconspicuous either. He had changed his shirt since the assembly. He know wore a shirt that showed Darth Vader playing poker with a pair of Storm Troopers, with the words poker face below it.

Dylan used his Auspex to make following them a bit easier once he got into the Abyss like entrance. He smirked as he caught the beginnings of the conversation.

"It did not matter what you said, those others made up their minds before the first words were spoken."

He glances between the group. "We do need a plan though, before we jump head first. Then we need to plan for anarch resistance as well, just in case. I ain't trying to hurt none uh them from the assembly. They are stubborn, and the Jew could learn some manners, but they are Anarchs."
