Wren with Wade.

Name: Wren Catrín-Bethany MacCullagh
Age: 13
Birthday: March 5th
Gender/Sex: Female
Species: Werehound | Aigh Type Therianthrope genus 'Cyanthrope' (Homo sapiens therianis canis canis)
Nationality: Firesean | Dual Citizen of the 'Council of Remus' and the Firesea Union
Place of Schooling: St. Ternyan's Academy, Firesea City, Firesea Union
Sexual Orientation: Pansexual – Male Preference. Wren find people of all genders appealing, though she generally has more romantic attraction to males, and generally is more distant in any attitudes than her brother.

Height: 5'2"
Weight: 75 Ibls. (Actual: 250 Ibls, given her hyper compacted muscle mass, like that of all her species. However in effect this only comes into matter when dealing with velocities or when she throws her weight and does not want to move.)
Hair: Dark Brown-Auburn, almost Black, Wren's hair when not up, goes to the top of her back and is typically kept well brushed. Generally her hair is worn in the 'twin tail' hair style or brushed and curled into a point that like her brother's, it looks messy and stays in a mid-neck 'bob' cut. Rarely, she wears her hair in a pony tail or 'up' in Uhonese style, and even more rarely she allows it to lay to her back with braids, typically after spending time brushing her younger sister(s) hair and letting them brush her hair.
Eyes: Icy/Steel Blue-Grey

Detailed Appearance: Wren is as close as she physically could be to her fraternal twin brother Wade's identical sister, with a round and slightly-baby faced, if definitely feminine and only slightly boyish, face. Her smile is rare but like precious metal, shining when present, and dominates her face when she smiles, thanks to her sizable dimples, round face, and pert lips. The girl's nose is round and fairly 'common' yet seems to make her seem all the more regal when smiling. Given these features, if it was not for her other features, thanks to her lack of body-hair despite being past the beginnings of puberty already, one might think her a preteen girl at best.

Her style is varied and she rarely wears the same thing all the time, unlike her brother; and is not above stealing his clothes if she feels at the moment it will look good. Her body is perfectly toned and athletic, with curves closer to that of a teenage girl nearing exit of her teenage years, or a young lady in her twenties. Like her brother, her muscle mass is muted despite the obvious, if slight, definition, and if not for her sizable chest and other curves, would best be described as having a 'runner's build'. She could end up tall, or average in height based on her current height, which only makes her seem older, thanks to the fact she has already reaced the height some girls several years older reach at their maximum, and based on the fact as a result she tends to wear clothes that they would wear.

Detailed Personality Profile: Wren is very much her Aunt's child, when it comes to her personality. While she has some natural tendencies that her brother Wade has, or her father has, and while she tries to spend as much quality time with her mother Bethany as she can, Wren was raised for a sizable portion of her life by her Aunt Regan, being treated more as a 'cousin' by her brother and a 'niece' by her mother than a sister and daughter. While this might not be something that would show up as a matter of concern or factor into any other person's psyche enough to appear upon their detailed personality profile, it has thoroughly affected Wren's psyche and chosen 'persona' displayed to the world.

As a child she received plenty of affection from her biological parents, and from her aunt, even from her brother when they were not squabbling like two Clacisetian merchants; but none the less was left alone or to her own devices enough (especially when her Aunt Regan or 'Aunt' Aileen were working on lesson plans, given they are teachers at St. Ternyan's Academy) that she felt a sensible craving for companionship and felt a need to 'possess' said companionship, and friendship, and family. A keen eye to the history of her brother and herself, one that is knowledgeable as to what their history really is, given its mostly classified nature; would actually assume that this possessive desire and greed for companionship and love is actually from the fact the girl was nearly three years old when she was finally found and taken from the Sub-Project Gaebolga offices that she had been up until that point been raised in.

This in turn has made the girl fiercely protective and fiercely bossy, in fact as called by her brother when correcting someone who was about to get slapped to the moon if they were heard by Wren calling Wren 'bitchy', that Wren had a somewhat 'matronly' personality, or a motherly one. She is very vocal about her emotional status when angry, dotes on the sick and the needy, and has no compulsions with using force on someone who deserves it.

Her personality is as much an inverse mirror of her twin brother Wade's in this matter as the rest of her is, in the sense that many people think they know what Wade is thinking, but few know what he's actually thinking, where as with Wren, many people don't think they know what Wren is thinking, but actually know quite a bit of it because she isn't afraid to show it. Where as Wade feels that they were born as sort of monsters, Wren refutes in it her every action, refuting the mere idea that their origins make them monsters. She goes out of her way to prove that they aren't, but is quite a bit of an autocrat in her attempt to enforce her views and ideals onto things, to the point of butting into other people's conversations or threatening violence on people who upset her.

It should be noted that despite this and the hard edge she likes to display, more than children and her family can potentially be loved and get affection from the girl, and based on her reading habits and near obsessive love for things such as 'Harry Potter', 'Twilight', various Uhonese Magic Girl series, the Aotuski-Stadtfeld 'M2' program; and also based on her tolerance for people who assumptions would otherwise assume she had punched to another galaxy in a rage at their stupidity.

History:

Wren's (like her brother Wade's) history begins not with her own history, but rather begins with that of her Paternal Grandparents. Her Paternal Grandfather and Paternal Grandmother, (Or Papa and Nana as he has called them all of his life), were among the younger generation of Lyran Therianthropes during the Great War, and while her grandfather was JUST old enough to participate in the war itself (given the massive need for manpower); it did not change him and scar him like it did Keith Kelly and Erin's respective brothers. In fact, given his meeting Erin during his time at a training and screening camp during the Great Therian War, it did nothing but help him.

That isn't to say it didn't make the Werehound from Lyra Major feel bigoted because of the events of the Great War; his hatred for Vampires and to a lesser extent the 'Traitor-Collaborator' Werewolves and Wererats of Rygard and Angard was such that it even after mellowing has been placed slightly upon his own eldest grandson (Wade) and his own eldest granddaughter (Wren). The events of the war, and Keith Kelly's hatred for the Vampires, the Traitor-Collaborators, and to a far lesser extent the 'next threat', the Tianese, meant that when Project Fragarach formed, he signed up immediately; and like any good patriot he fathered five children and even went so far as to adopt the now orphan daughter of one of his compatriots during the war (Aileen/Aileen Bogan).

His having signed up for Project Fragarach as a teacher, enforced, and instructor, all but signed up his children and adoptive children for the program as well; and that is why his actions following the Great War are the true fundamental beginning of Wren's (And Wade's) history. Because without such actions, Wren likely never would have come to be.

While Keith Kelly's skills were good, he never attained a legend about him beyond the fact that he was one of the original participants in the Project. His kids however all excelled at the tasks put ahead of them, in schooling and in training as super soldiers, and by the time they were 16, had completed more missions collectively than any other group. Further, his sons Darrach and Ward both showed sufficient skill in techniques long though 'dead' or in some circles not just 'dead', but 'entirely fictional', such as the 'Zero Shift' technique. Given that their genetics had been tinkered with JUST A LITTLE BIT, before their birth, it should have been no surprise; but to a faction of the same scientists who had worked with them all along, it only meant that they had the duty to allow the scientists to 'perfect' and 'find' the gene that existed allowing Keith Kelly's eldest sons to 'Zero Shift'.

They obviously knew that neither of the boys nor the Clan MacCullagh (of which they were members, and not just the Clan MacCullagh but also their greater Tribe, the MacAodhs, who had FOUNDED Lyra Major's High Kingdom.) would put up with being prodded and studied excessively as the studies to find out what caused the 'Zero Shift', a skill that had been recorded in history books as something that among other's, Remus the Founder/Remus the First/Remus the Great (All titles for Remus of the Victus Empire) had been able to do; but on the other hand... children raised from the start in a laboratory MIGHT be quite willing to put up with that prodding and testing.

So they hatched a plan to watch the boys covertly, and whichever ended up doing what young men their age (in their late teens, soon to graduate high school) often did and ended up getting a young lady pregnant, would find the young lady going to the Doctor for a routine operation, only to find that suddenly it was a 'false alarm'. While dastardly, this cabal of scientists were both sanctioned by leadership of the Project Fragarach who kept the MacCullaghs out of the know, and were in enough number their plan worked. When Ward Keith MacCullagh and his high school sweetheart Beth Grey found themselves excitedly expecting a child, they soon found themselves not expecting a child and in-fact squabbling and arguing with each other after Beth suddenly found that she had 'had a miscarriage' after attending a doctor for a routine check up and being briefly knocked unconscious so they could remove her tonsils after they had been inflamed.

Of course, that wasn't the truth, and the fertilized egg (which was not yet a full fetus yet) was taken to the most secret (and most advanced) genetic labs that the Project had to offer. Within those labs, there was some initial success with the genetic identification and tampering (which included modifying the genes of the offspring to heavily favor their father, and leave less to chance), but the methods they used also did other things. One fertilized egg split into three fertilized eggs* and work was continued on those three eggs; but one was given far more attention than the others and within a three month period was ready to go to the artificial wombs and grew. The others had less tampering, and were kept more as 'reserves', especially when the first fertilized egg seemed to produce an albino child with a horrible temper... one which some (Cult of the White Wolf member) scientists believed to be a great success, but given his attitude was viewed as a danger; then making the others be decidedly LESS tampered with, so that they would be closer to their father.

The results were Darrach “Daire” MacCullagh, who was sent off to be raised by a branch group of the scientists and to be tested on... and unfortunately, also be treated as the embodiment of the 'White Wolf' because of some ancient scriptures and prophecies passed down from antiquity referring to the reincarnation of Remus himself.

Following his birth, the other two eggs were gestated within the same womb, and ended up being born on March 5th. The scientists never commented on which were born first, but Wren was sent off to one Branch Facility and then another; with Wade kept at the original facility, being seen as the most likely success, especially given his (at the time) much more meek and friendly personality than the other children.

And the Project weren't as capable of hiding their secrets as they thought. Given the members of Pack Setanta (Ward's and Wade Darrach's original pack) were also some of the most skilled agents within the organization and had a number of allies outside of their pack, the actions of 'Sub-Project Gaebolga' were soon found out and they went on a warpath. A destructive warpath of counter-warfare against their own organization's 'corrupt and insane' membership; which resulted both in the tearing down of the Project from its roots and its re-establishment by Pack Setanta and its allies and also the finding of the boy who would later be known as “Wade Ward(ain) Keith MacCullagh” when he was six months old.

It also resulted in the destruction of a mid-sized city within the Firesea Union as the battle between Wade Darrach (Daire) “Dáire” MacCullagh and the the Alpha Primus Class Werewolves (and head of research in that city's section of Sub-Project Gaebolga) Johann and Josephine Romaine; and the presumed death of Wade Darrach and Johann in that battle.

Thus Wade was named for his uncle, and elsewhere, Dáire was in the same way for a fallen warrior who had only proved the skill of a Zero Class Werebeast and a thus the necessity of unlocking the gene which allowed for the use of Zero Shift. As a toddling 10 month old who had not been so much as held or called by the name 'Subject C' was carried to his biological mother, and Ward bent the knee to ask for her hand in marriage; the child who would become Wade Ward(ain) Keith MacCullagh, the boy who from the time of being 4 years old, called himself 'I'm the Goddamn Batman!' was born as a person for the first time.

Wren did not have it so lucky as her brother, and while her father's family and friends had found Wade before he was even a year old; but didn't find Wren until she was nearly three and a half. In that time much of her life had been a trauma, especially given that the scientists tested her more enthusiastically than they had either of her male counterparts, simply because she was a female and 'no one had ever heard of or recorded of a female therianthrope with the ability to access the Zero Shift'; and by the time she was rescued she was not very receptive to being touched, held, or even looked at. She was very scared and also very very greedy, to the point her brother Wade's first interaction with her was nearly getting his hand bit off by Wren when the boy offered her a peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie.

It was that interaction and a number of fights between her brother and her over toys (fights which she began) as well as her throwing tantrums if people even looked at her while she ate her food, that ended up getting her father and mother and aunts and uncles to make the decision that one of them would have to raise her separately from Wade and any other children until she could be properly calmed and taught that things were not about competition and that she didn't have to be afraid or vindictive to other children.

As such, her Aunt Regan (And by extension, her psuedo-Aunt Aileen, who was Regan's best friend and who had been raised as the sister of Regan, Ward, Wade-Darrach, Walter, and Roy), would raise Wren up until the point that goal had come to and Wren and Wade could get along; given Wren's parents could not while also raising Wade, Roy and Walter were too young, and Darrach's young wife had a child of her own to deal with and couldn't possibly help raise Wren, after the death of Darrach.
