Inb4 this turns out worse than Cars 2. :dafuck: |

The face of a drowned woman, Catelyn thought. Can you drown in grief? She turned away sharply, angry with her own frailty. She had no time for the luxury of self-pity. | |

I'm pretty confident this will be at least good. I'm more worried with all the other sequels: The Incredibles 2, Finding Dory, and especially Toy Story 4. I don't want it to ruin the critical acclaim streak. |

I'm so excited for this, tho dead not sure how I feel about the Depressed emotion being the head honcho inside the mom and the Anger emotion being the head honcho for the dad talk about typical other then that little detail, I am very excited for this and am curious as to why only have one gender emotions (all are female for the mom, all are male for the dad) while the emotions in Riley are mixed

Jersey boy for life!

You know, that actually came up in a few analyses once this came out. Some viewers noticed that, while the emotions in other people's heads were all one gender, Riley has both male (Anger and Fear) and female (Joy, Sadness, and Disgust). Pixar likely didn't intend this, and it's possible that we're reading way more into this than we should, but it's still interesting. Anyway, I saw this over the weekend, and if you were worried it was gonna be another Cars 2, rest easy. This is one of Pixar's best yet, in the same class as Up and Toy Story 3. The cast is simply amazing (especially Amy Poehler), I loved the visual design and the distinction between Riley-World and the real world, the story tackles some really heavy territory and does an amazing job with it, it's funny as hell, and Bing Bong stole the show. Easily the best family film of the year. My full review is here. |

Forget about the bloody gods and lsiten to what I'm telling you

I forgot to mention, but I really did like the concept. Glad to hear it's a so lid Pixar film. Though, honestly, I found Up a little overrated (good, but not amongst my favorites. The Incredibles & Toy Story 1/3 top the list for me) Totally forgot about this though, might go see it in theaters since, well, Pixar |

I agree. The opening marriage montage might be the best scene in an animated movie ever, but the rest wasn't quite on that level. As for Pixar's best, I'd also mention Finding Nemo. And hey, if you're going out and seeing movies, get your ass into a screening of Mad Max while there's still time. ................... This movie was amazing.
