![]() Young FBI agent Clarice Starling is assigned to help find a missing woman to save her from a psychopathic serial killer who skins his victims. Clarice attempts to gain a better insight into the twisted mind of the killer by talking to another psychopath Hannibal Lecter, who used to be a respected psychiatrist. FBI agent Jack Crawford believes that Lecter, who is also a very powerful and clever mind manipulator, has the answers to their questions and can help locate the killer. However, Clarice must first gain Lecter's confidence before the inmate will give away any information. The fact this didn't have a thread yet ![]() Anyways, this was pretty great. It's been awhile since I've seen it though, but I still remember some parts pretty clear (always a good sign), and I seriously loved Clarice <3 |

Well, your memory is pretty faulty. Remember how WT2's final girl isn't a goth?

There are certain rules one must abide by to successfully survive a horror movie

I'm honestly shocked we didn't have a thread for this, I haven't seen this movie despite owning it. I should give it a watch sometime.

Just rewatched it for the first time in 5 years (and untried my brother to it) and I'm still blown away. Amazing film. I actually love it even more now. And Clarice has got to be one of my favorite film heroines ever. Lecter is great too, of course, and I can see why he's the breakout, but I definitely thought this was Foster's movie. She totally earned that Oscar (as did Hopkins, the director, the writer, and the film itself, to be fair) |
