Vorenus. Him becoming sort of an ancient boss was kind of interesting, but in generally these two were my least favorite part of the show.

I honestly loved both (and I thought they made a nice contrast to the Roman elite, who are usually the main focus in shows like this), and I thought they contrasted perfectly, so hard choice for me

I was hyped for the "two ordinary citizens" stuff, but these guys were soldiers (typical archetypes for Rome-media). One became a senator, and the other fathered Cleopatra's child. So, basically the opposite of non-elite.

Well, some of that sorta makes sense (they have to fit into the main plot somehow) And you did get then dealing with a lot more regular Roman citizen stuff than you'd see in most shows period. Even Vorenus as an Underworld boss is still pseudo-normal vs. them having heavy sway in politics and only dealing with the elite

I should dock Pullo some points for the Ancient Roman M-Rod stuff tho. God she was annoying
