Hunt is funnier IMO. He like douche, prick guy not The perverted, stealing from my recently deceased coworkers desk. Ironically, he died because of what he stole

They were both perverted douches. Just with Isaac, rather than cast some Johnny Bravo cosplayer like they always do, they got weasley PJ Byrne.

Hunt's "If I'm dying, I'm trying" scene was like witnessing an actual Final Destination accident. The entire theater was laughing at the whole movie, but whenever Hunt opened his mouth, you could hear a pin drop. Isaac was way funnier to me (and the only time in any FD movie where the group I was with talked more about a character than the deaths), but humor is as subjective as you can get.

I think PJ Byrne had better comedic timing and lines too. Hunt occasionally made me half-lol at like... Two points in the movie, but. He didn't really offend me outside the styling tho.

Tru dat @ subjective humor. Though I think we can all agree Frankie is the worst of these three. Especially if you don't count the deleted tape stuff (which isn't funny at all, but makes him feel somewhat more rounded and less scum-baggish from memory)

Yeah, PJ being an actual comedic actor and working with guys like Martin Scorsese definitely helps. Plus he seems funny in real life, too.

Frankie was actively loathsome. The deleted tape stuff is the only time he was ever bearable.

Agreed. Hunt might have been funnier if you switched Nick Zano (who wasn't terrible but was hardly hilarious. Though to be fair, not terrible is all I can ask for from TFD's cast) for a different actor.

Not a single lie detected. It makes him originally living a million times more confusing, since I doubt the deleted tape stuff was EVER meant to appear in the final film

Oh, he was never meant to survive. That was probably just shot for the Choose Their Fate thing. He dies both in the original script and novelization (before they even decided his name).

Oh, woops. I always heard Choose Your Fate was done as a way to throw their deleted scenes on basically.
Still, seems weird to pick him as the ONE savable one.

It might have started out that way. I know the Lewis scene in the movie was shot specifically for Choose Your Fate, but then they liked it more than the actual scene (which was supposed to be their Terry bus moment) so they switched them.
He's probably the only one that wouldn't affect the plot too much. Everyone goes to the Ash's funeral, and Erin's death is why Ian goes nuts.

Both deaths sucked

They could have saved Lewis :gaycat:
True tho
Having just rewatches:

Peter > Isaac > Sam > Olivia > Candice > Nathan > Dennis > Molly

The last three are all bland, but Nathan got some funny one liners in (or at least one, "I see dead people") and kind of had his own storyline going. Then Dennis at least had a personality (douche). Molly..... Was in a relationship with Sam
