Whenever I try to open the .rar file itself, it'll give me an error message saying "Unexpected close of archive". I would continue and extract the file, and this time, I get that same message and another one saying that one of the map files in OBJECT are corrupt. Help please? |

"Unexpected close of archive" usually means corrupted download... Re-downloading is the only fix for that... |

Ok thanks got it. Now I also need your help on getting into the game. I am stuck on the loading screen and I already tried deleting ucoption.cfg. Are there any other solutions? |

Have you installed the UCGOupdate.exe from the Client Download in the main site...? If so...Your antivirus or firewall might be blocking your connection... Try turning off your antivirus after making sure you don't have any background applications running that uses the internet like chrome or firefox... then run UCClient.exe Usually if that still doesn't work... you have to set exceptions to your firewall for UCClient.exe... |

I've set everything to allow UCClient to connect to the server, but now I get a purple message :/ |

Server reset or saving etc. You most probably log in at a wrong time. Try logging in again after 1 minute

Also make sure you have sound because UCGO requires sound to work. |
