when i try open the game, it doesn't open, any help? tried opening it as administrator and executing the game in compatibility mode as windows xp (service pack 3) |

The game will not run without audio enabled for some reason. Do you have any speakers or headphones plugged in? |

Go into the UCGO folder and delete the file called 'ucoption' then try. edit* If this doesn't work try a reinstall and make sure you updated it to the latest version too, the DL is the client but it needs the last update too iirc. Edited by Skyvia, Dec 3 2015, 03:20 PM.

i don't find any file called "ucoption" and i downloaded ucgo from the page of this forum (its says that there is an update but there is no link to that update) well, i will try to re download the file to see what happens |

I have a USB sound card and haveing the error any help on that? edit I GOT IT I looked in the event viewer and saw it was a Exception code: 0xc0000005 So it ended up being DEP. Edited by Armyguy, Aug 31 2016, 06:34 PM.
