This is my simple guide/FAQ on how to familiarize yourself with the Otaku Bazaar! I will provide a step-by-step guide with pictures to give the best explanation I can! :D

(Note: These pictures are taken from a test forum! The same system is used on Destination Otaku and this guide applies the same steps)

Step 1: Accessing the Bazaar
On the top right-hand corner of your screen, as well as right below it you will see two areas where you can access the Otaku Bazaar: "AiO Links" and "AiO" Shop, respectively.

Spoiler: click to toggle

1) AiO Links: If you hover your mouse over "AiO Links," a drop-down menu will appear. CLICK "Shop"!
2) AiO Shop: This is a DIRECT link to the shop for convenience, without having to go through the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Main Screen of the Otaku Bazaar
You are now at the main page of the Otaku Bazaar.

Spoiler: click to toggle

1. On the left-hand side, you will see the "Menu." These links will take you to different areas of the Otaku Bazaar, and will be explained in later steps.
2. Content: This area contains two sub-areas: Cart and Items
i) Cart: Use is simple...you drag [click, hold and move] to the "Cart" area and drop [release click] there. It displays your current amount of Otakoins,
the total price of the items of which you wish to purchase, and then the option to "Check Out." THIS IS HOW YOU BUY AN ITEM
ii) Items: This is very self-explanatory...this is the area where all items for sale in the Otaku Bazaar will be displayed, along with a description and price!

Step 3: Selling an Item
First, click the "Sell" link from the left-hand side Menu, from the main page. I trust you can do this without me having to provide a picture! >.>

Spoiler: click to toggle

Here, it will bring you to a screen where you can sell your item.
Name: Name your item. Be clear and concise as to what it is
Description: Describe what it is you are selling! Be accurate!
Preview: Here you can post a small preview of what your item is. You must type a URL here (for instance, a URL code from photobucket)! (Note: you can choose to leave this field blank, but it is NOT recommended! Users will probably not buy your item if they do not get to see what it is first!)
Price: Set your price here
Stock: Enter the quantity of the item you are selling, here. This means, if you are selling a signature for ONE person to have, then set the quantity to ONE. If you are selling something else, enter however many quantity you wish to sell.
Receive Type: Here, you have two options: (1) to set as "Link." LINK means that once the user has purchased the item, they will automatically receive a LINK to where the item can be found. This is best used for providing links to a signature on photobucket or flickr, for example. (2) is "Personal Message" or PM. This means that once a user has purchased your item, a PM will be sent to you, to validate that purchase and then contact the buyer via PM for further instructions. This is your choice, but using the option "Link" is much easier and simpler!

Note: For all of these entry fields, there exists a small "?" next to each option. Click this for a more accurate description of what to do in each field, in case you get lost or cannot follow this guide.
Note: All fields that indicate a (*) means that it is REQUIRED!!!

And voila! That is my simple guide to use the Otaku Bazaar. I hope this helps--this is a relatively easy system to use once you get the hang of it. If there are any questions needed to be answered, please feel free to post them here or to PM me about it!
