If you need to ask me any questions, contact me through whichever board I know you from. That way you'll get the fastest answer. Alternatively you can join this board and leave a question for me here. However it might take a long time for me to get back to you. Membership is required to post, and all new registrations I want to approve myself. (To keep away spam.) Now combine that with the fact I hardly check this board, and that means your looking at a very long wait time. Don't say I didn't warn you. LOL |

![]() The before photo had a blue color to it, and I wanted to give it a more yellow/warm look, without messing up the photo. So I used the Color Balance tool. 1)Open your image 2)Open the color balance tool. (Layer-> New Adjustment Layer-> Color Balance) ![]() To get the color I wanted I shifted the tab away from the blue (to remove the overall blue cast), and that was it. Done. If I wanted it more yellow I would shift the tab all the way over. ![]() What Not To Do Don't use the "Hue/Saturation Tool" to re-color photos.... it will only give you strange results. Example. (I tried to turn the same photo yellow using this tool.) ![]() IMO just use this tool if you want to change a layer that's a few basic colors. It's the best tool for that job. However, photos and pictures.... use the "Color Balance Tool". |
